Rand Paul: “Appalling” That CDC Has Approved COVID Vaccines For Kids
Senator points out that there is “no evidence that COVID boosters reduce transmission, hospitalization, or death” in children
Senator Rand Paul reacted Wednesday to the news that the CDC has approved COVID vaccinations for all children under the age of 19, calling the decision “appalling”.
Paul tweeted a link to a Post Millennial story detailing the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices voting by 15-0 to add the Covid-19 vaccine to the Vaccines for Kids program.
Paul urged that the same committee approved booster shots for kids despite there being no scientific evidence that they have any advantages at all.
The CDC will vote today on whether to add the shots to children’s immunization schedules.
Earlier Paul highlighted how Moderna’s CEO admitted that booster shots are not necessary for younger people.

As we highlighted last week, a new study by researchers in Ireland has concluded that babies born during the COVID lockdown were less likely to be able to speak before their first birthday than children born previously, adding to other voluminous evidence that lockdowns and masking in particular have had massively detrimental impacts upon children.
Fauci continued to pathetically attempt to rewrite history Sunday by declaring that schools closing and remaining closed during the pandemic was “nothing to do with” him.

Yet another leading health institution has unveiled a significant Covid policy reversal this week… this time it’s none other than the World Health Organization (WHO) saying something that might have gotten an individual suspended from social media or publicly “canceled” a mere one or two years ago:
The revision in guidelines was put out this week by the WHO’s Strategic Advisory Group of Experts on Immunization (SAGE) – a group of scientists and officials which said they no longer recommend the Covid vaccine for “healthy” children ages 6 months to 17 years.
“The public health impact of vaccinating healthy children and adolescents is comparatively much lower than the established benefits of traditional essential vaccines for children – such as the rotavirus, measles, and pneumococcal conjugate vaccines,” SAGE wrote.
The new policy identifies three priority groups — high, medium and low — and puts children and teens in the low category. The definitions assess categories for “risk of severe disease and death”. The WHO still recommends that “Children who have compromised immune systems or existing health conditions should still get the vaccine.”
SAGE Chair Dr. Hanna Nohyn stated in explaining the updated guidelines, “Updated to reflect that much of the population is either vaccinated or previously infected with COVID-19, or both, the revised roadmap reemphasizes the importance of vaccinating those still at-risk of severe disease, mostly older adults and those with underlying conditions, including with additional boosters.”
The United States CDC currently recommends Covid vaccines for children 6 months and up…
It’s unclear whether the US Center of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will follow in adapting its recommendations to this revised WHO policy, but what is clear is that those parents who remained skeptical of putting hastily developed “Authorized for Emergency Use” mRNA vaccines into their children have been clearly vindicated… and this time by no less than the WHO.

Videos: Football Players Still Collapsing, Having Heart Attacks, And Even Dying On The Pitch
Two more in the past week
In the past week, two high profile football (soccer for Americans) players have collapsed on the field of play, continuing a trend that has seemingly now become the norm.
Last Wednesday, 28-year-old Brazilian player Zé Carlos, from the club Ferroviário suffered a sudden illness while playing in a cup match.
He was treated as the game went on, according to reports, and returned to the pitch for a short time before being substituted and then collapsing and being taken to hospital in an ambulance.
Thankfully, the player was later released from hospital and is recovering.
In another incident in Spain, 25-year-old Serbian defender Dragisa Gudelj collapsed on the pitch, suffering a cardiac arrest.
Reports state that doctors performed CPR on the field reviving Gudelj. They treated him for seven minutes before taking him to the hospital.
Other players were left in a state of shock with some breaking down in tears. The game was abandoned after the incident.
The reports state that when Gudelj regained consciousness he wanted to carry on playing in the match.
The player is now “stable” but under “close surveillance” in hospital.
Gudelj’s brother, who also plays in Spain sent out an update noting “The life of my brother, (his heart is) still beating, thanks to the medical services of Cordoba CF.”
In addition to these two incidents, earlier this month, an Ivorian defender for RC Abidjan, Moustapha Sylla, was not so fortunate as he sadly passed away after collapsing during a league game.
He was just 21-years-old.
In Greece last month, a 20-year-old player from Karditsa suddenly collapsed without any contact with another footballer and later died in hospital.
The ongoing spate of players experiencing heart problems, chest pains, and at worst collapsing and dying has led many to call for investigations into what is causing an apparent elevation of such incidents.

Anger As Djokovic Withdraws From US Open; STILL BANNED From Entering U.S. Due To Vaccination Status
“Literally the healthiest male on the planet is denied entry”
The world’s number one tennis player Novak Djokovic has withdrawn from the Miami Open and the U.S. Open because he is still banned from entering the country owing to his vaccination status.
While the news is being reported as a “visa dispute,” the reason Djokovic cannot complete is because he refuses to take the COVID vaccine.
Djokovic has appealed for a special dispensation to play in the tournaments, given that the restrictions are slated to end in April anyway.
Djokovic requested a vaccine waiver, however it was rejected by the Homeland Security Department in a blatant move to once make an example out of the premier athlete.
Senators Rick Scott and Marco Rubio of Florida expressed support for the 22 time grand slam victor, and called on Congress to throw out Joe Biden’s “bogus vaccine mandate.”
“It has come to our attention that your administration is in receipt of a request to waive the current vaccine mandate for international travelers entering the United States from top-ranked men’s tennis player Novak Djokovic,” the Senators wrote in a letter.
“We write to urge you to grant the requested waiver, which is necessary to allow Mr. Djokovic to compete in the Miami Open professional tennis tournament held in our home state of Florida beginning March 19, 2023,” the pair added.
The letter continues, “In September 2022, you plainly declared to a national audience on 60 Minutes that ‘the [COVID-19] pandemic is over,’ and, earlier this year, Dr. Anthony Fauci published a professional article acknowledging the limited efficacy of vaccines in protecting against respiratory pathogens, like the novel coronavirus.”
“In light of these changing circumstances, and admissions by you and members of your own administration, the current restrictive vaccine mandate which you have maintained for international travelers entering the United States seems outdated and worthy of rescission,” the Senators urge.
They add, “Mr. Djokovic is a world-class athlete in peak physical condition who is not at high-risk of severe complications from COVID-19. It seems both illogical and misaligned with the opinions of your own administration to not grant him the waiver he requests so that he may travel to the U.S. to compete in a professional event.”
