Rand Paul: “America Should Be Appalled” At Fauci Covering His Tracks

Fauci’s “modus operandi” is to “cover up”

Appearing on Fox News Wednesday, Senator Rand Paul slammed Anthony Fauci for taking the default position of trying to “cover up” his activities, including potentially encouraging social media companies to censor medical information.

After a federal judge ordered the release of emails Fauci sent to social media platforms concerning what he defined as ‘misinformation’, many want to know exactly what Fauci asked of them.

“His response was not that I’ll look into it or I’ll reveal that. His response was, by law, we don’t have to tell you which companies gave us how many royalties and to which scientists,” Paul said of Fauci, noting that the emails sent to social media bosses could reveal censorship efforts.

“I think that all of America should be appalled that America’s doctor, the leading expert on COVID in public health, doesn’t want to divulge information, doesn’t want to divulge his communications with Big Tech,” Paul urged, adding that Fauci’s “modus operandi” is to “cover up”.

Watch:

As part of a lawsuit brought by Louisiana Republican Jeffrey Landry, the federal judge ruled that Fauci and White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre need to make public all relevant communications with Big Tech within the next three weeks.

Landry and Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt argued in an initial filing that “having threatened and cajoled social-media platforms for years to censor viewpoints and speakers disfavored by the Left, senior government officials in the Executive Branch have moved into a phase of open collusion with social-media platforms under the Orwellian guise of halting so-called ‘disinformation,’ ‘misinformation’ and ‘malinformation.'”

Elsewhere during the interview, Senator Paul commented on revelations by Gun Owners of America that the FBI pressured Americans into signing forms that relinquished their right to purchase, possess and use firearms.

“There is a certain irony to saying to someone you have to be mentally competent to sign this statement that says you’re not mentally competent to have a gun,” Paul noted, adding “So there is that that might be a quandary if you get into a court of law. How someone that’s mentally incompetent to own a gun could be competent to sign away their gun rights.”

“I think the whole problem we have right now is that there’s a burden upon the FBI to prove to the American public that they are not partisan,” Paul said, adding “This goes back to 2016 when they used a foreign intelligence warrant to go after Donald Trump and his campaign.”

“A foreign intelligence warrant which should be used on foreigners in a secret court was used to go after a major presidential, you know, candidate,” the Senator reiterated.

Video: Democrats OPPOSE Amendment To Recite Pledge Of Allegiance; Label Republicans ‘Insurrectionists’

Claim “insurrectionist” Republicans shouldn’t be able to lead the Pledge

Several Democrats took objection Wednesday to an amendment that would see the Pledge of Allegiance recited before House Judiciary Committee meetings, with one Rep. charging that ‘insurrectionist’ Republicans shouldn’t be able to lead the Pledge.

The amendment was introduced by Representative Matt Gaetz of Florida, who previously called for the Judiciary Committee to open with the pledge two years ago.

As he did then, New York Democratic Representative Jerry Nadler opposed the move, arguing that it is unnecessary.

“I don’t know why we should pledge allegiance twice in the same day to show how patriotic we are,” Nadler said, claiming that committee members already pledge allegiance when they arrive at the building.

Nadler added “I don’t think this is the most important amendment in the world.”

Democrat Rep. Deborah Ross cited a Supreme Court ruling that says officials cannot force citizens to say the pledge.

Other Democrats then used Gaetz’s proposal to further their obsessive ranting about the events of January 6th 2021.

Hank Johnson of Georgia stated “I regret the fact that many members of this committee voted against certifying the election results based on the ‘big lie,’ and they have continued to promote the ‘big lie’ and undermine public confidence in our government.”

Johnson then declared that it is “ironic” that Republicans who “supported the insurrection” now want to force Democrats to pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States.

Rhode Island Democrat David Cicilline also used the moment to dredge up the Capitol incident, claiming that he would support Gaetz’s amendment if it contained a provision that would restrict “anyone who supported insurrection” from leading the pledge.

Gaetz fired back, noting that if Cicilline’s definition of “insurrectionist” is anyone who objected to electors, “then there would be many Democrats on the committee that wouldn’t be eligible to lead the pledge.”

Gaetz tweeted footage of the discussion, asking “Why does patriotism make Democrats so heated?”

    Watch:

Republican Rep. Jeff Van Drew, a former Democrat who switched parties in 2019, said he was “almost speechless,” that members would object to taking a minute to affirm their allegiance to the country.

“Come on, this can’t be real. I can’t believe we’re having this debate,” Van Drew said.

Republican Chip Roy of Texas, slammed the Democrats for opposing basic patriotic principles, also citing a recent proposal to condemn socialism, which was opposed by some Democrats.

“And that is the state of your Democratic Party today,” Roy asserted.

    Here is the entire discussion:

Cicilline’s amendment was voted down, while Gaetz’s amendment was approved without opposition, with a vote of 39-0.

Video: Biden Says “More Than Half The Women In My Administration Are Women”

Biden spoke about sexual assaults on women with Bill Clinton standing awkwardly behind him

During an appearance at the White House with former president Bill Clinton, the current incumbent bragged that more than half of the women in his administration are… women.

It was another gaffe filled shit show from the now 80 year old Biden who first welcomed Clinton to “the United States Congress” despite being in the White House:

Biden then dropped another pearler that will go down in history with the great presidential quotes:

The statement is weirdly quite on point:

Biden was talking about women in regards to the 30th anniversary of the Family Medical Leave Act, which Clinton signed into law in 1993.

Things got awkward when Biden started talking about sexual assaults on women:

Earlier, Kamala Harris made another of her kindergarten teacher style speeches, lauding how much Clinton has helped women progress:

Kevin McCarthy Says Coward Cop Who Shot Ashli Babbitt ‘Did His Job’

    Published

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) told the media on Thursday that the coward cop who shot and killed unarmed 14-year Air Force veteran Ashli Babbitt in the Capitol on Jan 6th “did his job.”

“Do you think Ashli Babbitt was murdered or do you think the police officer who shot her was doing his job?” was asked by a reporter during a press conference at the Capitol.

“I think the police officer did his job,” McCarthy responded.

Babbitt’s killer, Capitol Police officer Lt Michael Byrd, claimed in his first public interview months after the shooting that he was the victim of “racism” and showed “the utmost courage” and saved “countless lives” by shooting the unarmed 5’2,” 118 lbs Babbitt.

Byrd was exonerated by Merrick Garland’s corrupt DOJ without so much as an interview.

Though most Republicans view Babbitt as the victim of a trigger-happy coward, Sen. Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) said he took Byrd into his bosom after the shooting and “gave him a hug” and told him, “Sir, you did what you had to do.”

Sen. Kevin Cramer (R-ND) similarly said how “grateful” he was to the coward cop who shot her for “not complying.”

Senator Lindsey Graham on Jan 6th similarly called on Capitol police to shoot and kill the Trump supporters who entered the Capitol building, screaming at the Senate sergeant-in-arms: “What are you doing? Take back the Senate! You’ve got guns. Use them!”

Byrd was the only cop that day who felt it necessary to use deadly force and his victim was an unarmed woman and Air Force veteran who posed him no threat.
