AGAIN: President Of National Women’s Law Center Won’t Define What A Woman Is

“You’re trying to suggest that people who don’t identify as women can’t get pregnant.”

During testimony in the House related to the Supreme Court’s decision to hand back abortion laws to the states, a pro-abortion witness refused to define what a woman is despite being asked to do so several times by a Republican Congressman.

The incident is a repeat of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson refusing to define what a woman is earlier in the year, except this time the person giving the testimony was the National Women’s Law Center president.

Republican Georgia Rep. Andrew Clyde told Fatima Goss-Graves “Earlier this year, our newest Supreme Court justice, Ketanji Brown Jackson, was asked what a woman is and she had a difficult time defining that.”

Clyde continued, “Since you are the president of the National Women’s Law Center, I was hoping that you could define what a woman is for us in this committee hearing.”

Without providing a definition that involved XX chromosomes, Goss-Graves said, “What I’ll tell you is, I am a woman. That’s how I identify.”

Clyde interjected, stating “I simply want an answer.”

She then stated, “I wonder, however, if in part the reason that you’re asking the question is that you’re trying to suggest that people who don’t identify as women can’t get pregnant.”

She continued, “I think it’s actually really important to be very clear here, that there are people who identify as non-binary, I think about 5% of young people, who can be pregnant.”

Clyde again interjected, saying “Okay. We’re not going to go there,” adding “I was hoping maybe you would say something that maybe we learned in high school biology,” the congressman asserted, adding “It has to do with X and Y chromosomes…which define male and female, but I guess we’re not going to get there.”

Watch:

Elsewhere during the exchange, Clyde asked Goss-Graves if her organization continues to receive funding from Planned Parenthood.

“I certainly support the leadership and work of Planned Parenthood. The work they’re doing right now is hero work,” she said, without answering the question.

“Are you receiving money from them or not?” Clyde again asked.

“We don’t receive grants from Planned Parenthood, but I support the work they do,” Goss-Graves answered, adding “The work they do around this country is hero work.”

The National Women’s Law Center also expressed support Wednesday for a radical pro-abortion activist ‘professor’ called by Democrats as a witness during the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on the legal consequences of the Supreme Court’s overturning of Roe vs Wade who declared that anyone who says men can’t give birth is ‘inciting violence’.

UC Berkley Law Professor Khiara Bridges refused to use the word ‘woman’ and accused Missouri GOP Senator Josh Hawley of being “transphobic” for saying men can’t have babies.

The National Women’s Law Center also recently claimed that the move to stop transgender swimmers, such as Lia Thomas, from competing against biological women is ‘misogynistic’.

These are the kind of extreme people the Democrats are lumping in with:

Video: Democrat Pro-Abortion Witness Suggests Black People Better Off Aborted Than Being Born

Another day, another mentally ill person called by Democrats to ‘testify’ on abortion

Another pro-abortion activist called to ‘testify’ by Democrats in the House suggested Tuesday that it is better for minorities in America to be aborted than to be born and that she ‘owes her life’ to an abortion.

The House Energy and Commerce Oversight and Investigations panel heard from Renee Bracey Sherman, the founder and executive director of abortion ‘storytelling group’ We Testify.

As such, GOP representatives were faced with another child like person up on the stand, speaking in a cringe inducing passive aggressive tone and clearly unable to control her emotions.

Bracey Sherman had even used a sharpie to scrawl the pronouns “SHE/HER” on the name plate provided to her by the house.

She told the panel that when she was 19 years old and pregnant she considered throwing herself down the stairs and drank “an unsafe amount of alcohol,” in the hope off achieving a miscarriage, which she admitted she counts as a “successful abortion”.

“That was when it [abortion] was legal in every state. Now, it is not [not true] and I know some will try the methods that I did,” she asserted.

“And I want them to know that there are safe methods to self-managing their abortions according to the World Health Organization,” the witness added, going on to promote ‘self managed’ abortions by taking pills.

At one point Bracey Sherman claimed that immigrant children once born are ripped from their families and caged, while ‘trans children’ are “turned into political fodder,” and ‘black and brown children’ live in fear of the police. She further claimed that all these issues are “not separate from abortion,” and should be taken into account by women when considering whether to go ahead with their pregnancy.

The clear insinuation here is that it might be better for some minority children not to be born alive.

    Insane.

Bracey Sherman also claimed that she owes her life to an abortion because her mother had one before she was born because she “wasn’t in a relationship that was right for her.”

“I share that to exercise my right to free speech because there are organizations and legislators who want to make what I just said a crime,” Bracey Sherman concluded, further claiming “Everyone loves someone who has abortions.”

Democrats keep calling people as witnesses who sound and look like they are on the verge of a nervous breakdown to spew their cult like ideology. They refuse to define what a woman is, they claim denying men can get pregnant is ‘transphobic’ and that disagreeing with them incites violence.

Elsewhere during the hearing, a Democratic Rep. suggested that while discussing abortion the word ‘abortion’ shouldn’t be used, because it has “been weaponised” and has negative connotations.

    Incredible.

Science: Dem Rep. Says It’s Not Only Women That Can Have Babies

    It’s the party of science!

During a House Oversight and Reform Committee hearing on abortion last week, New York Democrat Representative Carolyn Maloney declared that women are not the only people who can become pregnant.

Maloney complained of the GOP’s “decades long goal of overturning Roe v. Wade,” claiming that it has “stripped away a constitutional right relied on by generations of American women.”

    That was the first lie.

The second lie to come out of Maloney’s mouth was an assertion that “the goal of these right-wing extremists is clear, to control the bodies of women, girls, and any person who can become pregnant.”

    Watch:

Maloney’s comments came in the same week that a slew of pro-abortion Democrat witnesses refused to define what a woman is and suggested that anyone who says men can’t give birth is ‘inciting violence’.

Video: Warren Slams Car Door On Reporter Asking If Offering Bounties For Doxxing Justices Goes “Too Far”

Another Democrat refuses to condemn harassment of SCOTUS justices

Democratic Senator Elizabeth Warren refused Thursday to condemn the actions of a group who offered money in return for information on the whereabouts of conservative justices, instead getting into her car and driving off.

As we highlighted earlier this week, The leftist group ShutDownDC put out a call on Twitter offering $50 and $200 bounties for information relating to sightings of justices John Roberts, Brett Kavanaugh, Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, and Amy Coney Barrett.

Fox Business reporter Hillary Vaughn followed Warren to her car on Capitol Hill, asking the Massachusetts senator if such offers of money for doxxing Supreme Court judges goes “too far”.

Instead of taking the opportunity to condemn such actions, Warren slammed the car door in the reporter’s face:

This is yet another example of a Democrat refusing to condemn or even acknowledge the hounding of justices at their homes or while they are with their families.

Indeed, Democrats have encouraged the behaviour:

As we also highlighted, Senator Warren recently told a Washington Post reporter that she envisages the Biden administration facilitating pop up abortions in national parks.

Warren also floated the idea in a recent appearance on ABC’s This Week:

Warren also again declared this week that pregnancy resource centres nationwide should be shut down, insinuating that the health centres force women to carry through unwanted pregnancies:
