The European Union gave more than €220,000 in taxpayer money to fund ‘drag queen projects’ aimed at young people in numerous different countries, it has been revealed.

Money well spent!

The cash was sent to to the EU youth program Erasmus+, which as research by German MEP Nikolaus Fest shows, goes to fund the promotion of drag queen lifestyle shows on behalf of an organization that recently proclaimed that “the future is queer.”

“The EU money has been disbursed for different “drag” groups, often associated with pro-transgender views,” reports Remix News.

“For example, public records show that a “Drag It Up” workshop by the Berlin group Critical Queer Solidarity received €21,797 in taxpayer money. In November 2021, the group hosted the “Drag It Up” seminar, which the EU describes as a “youth exchange” in Berlin with 38 participants aged between 18 and 30.”

“The group featured an explicit photo on its Instagram page to promote the youth event, and on the event’s “about page,” the organization writes, “We will watch drag shows in Berlin, learn from some of Berlin‘s best drag performers – and get to know their approach.”

The money is being used to bankroll courses that encourage young participants to wear makeup, wigs, and walk in high heels as well as “other methods of blurring and exaggerating traditional binary gender roles.”

Another course said it would help participants “get to know the queer scene in Berlin” as well as teaching them “how to deal with toxic masculinity.”

Another event in Göttingen that was subsidized by the EU comprised of a one week camp during which “trans*, inter*, non-binary and gender-questioning young people” were taught about a lifestyle (LGBT) that provably leads to chronic depression and vastly higher suicide rates.

Meanwhile, people in virtually every European country are suffering through a cost of living crisis as the EU wastes their money on funding LGBT brainwashing sessions for teenagers.

Anheuser-Busch CEO Blames Bud Light Boycott On Social Media “Misinformation”

Published

on

Zero Hedge

Composite

The CEO of the “inclusive” AB InBev blamed “misinformation” on social media for stoking a nationwide boycott of Bud Light following the brewer’s move to promote the beer with  TikTok trans influencer Dylan Mulvaney.

People often talk about this topic in social media like noise… You have one fact and every person puts an opinion behind the fact. And then the opinions start to be replicated fast on each and every comment. By the time that 10 or 20 people put a comment out there, the reality is no longer what the fact is, but is more [about] what the comments were,” chief executive Michel Doukeris told the Financial Times

Instead of taking the blame for the company’s catastrophic attempt to virtue signal, even if it means alienating the vast majority of its clients, Doukeris instead blamed online “misinformation and confusion”, including reports that Mulvaney’s Bud Light can is “a production can and every can would be like the one that was in that post . . . We never intended to make it for general production and sale for the public.” Well, that’s just a brilliant way for InBev to also alienate the progressives after scrambling to distance itself from the entire fiasco.

He said others thought it was a Bud Light campaign while “it was not: it was one post. It was not an advertisement.” Narrator: it was.

Doukeris was furious about videos of billboards with images of the Bud Light can inserted “electronically” and “10mn people [were] watching it and commenting . . . That had nothing to do with Bud Light, it was just like pure social media creation.”

Last Thursday, Doukeris said in an earnings call that Bud Light’s decline in US sales for the first three weeks of April accounted for 1% of the brewer’s global volumes. He did not comment on potential full-year impacts, indicating it was “too early to have a full view.”

During the earnings call, Doukeris attributed the Bud Light controversy to “misinformation.”

He noted the boycott is having a negative impact on overall sales.

The latest data from Bump Williams Consulting based on Nielsen IQ data show boycotts of Bud Light collapsed sales by 26% from a year ago for the week ending on April 22.

Bud Light executives have been desperately scrambling to restore the brand’s image by accelerating the production of new ads, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Meanwhile, sales of rival brands Coors Light and Miller Light each grew 21% during the same period ending April 22.

Bud Light is now facing boycotts from both ends of the political spectrum as LGBTQ bars are displeased with the brewer’s lack of support for Mulvaney.

University Slammed For Erasing The Word ‘Woman’ From It’s Maternity And Menopause Policies

Tells staff that the processes apply to “all genders”

A London University has been criticised for removing the word ‘woman’ from it’s maternity policy and declaring that maternity, as well as the menopause, applies to “all genders”.

The University of the Arts London (UAL) implemented the wording in its policies a year ago, but the move has attracted attention since the institution began virtue signalling about it on social media and its own website.

University of the Arts London Vice Chancellor James Purnell wrote in a LinkedIn post in October 2022, “At UAL, we are introducing equal parental leave. Every new parent will be entitled to six months at full pay,” adding “It is fair to every kind of parent, of whatever gender or sex, or sexual orientation, whether adopting or not.”

In a further press release, the University noted that it’s maternity and menopause policies apply “irrespective of gender, sexual orientation or how people become parents.”

The policy itself states, “we wish to affirm in our use of language in this letter that not all pregnant people are women and thereby acknowledge trans, non-binary, gender-queer and gender fluid pregnant people and parents.”

In updated menopause policies, the university notes that it “may also be experienced by colleagues who do not identify as female.”

“UAL recognizes that menopause may also be experienced by colleagues who do not identify as female, so this guidance and support content is intended to support anyone experiencing menopause, regardless of their gender identity,” the university asserts.

Conservative MP Jonathan Gullis charged that UAL has abandoned “basic biology.”

“It is disturbing that a university does not understand the basics of biology… I hope [it] will stop this pathetic woke nonsense,” Gullis commented.

Toby Young, the director of the think tank Free Speech Union, told the Daily Mail that the university “has become so pickled in woke gobbledegook it’s becoming a bit of a joke. I hope it can correct course before it goes bankrupt.”

Young added that “Nearly all these institutions are publicly funded, yet all the polling indicates the public are overwhelmingly opposed to this nonsense.”

As we have previously highlighted, Britain’s National Health Service has also been accused of ‘erasing’ women, after it removed all references to women from an online advice section about the menopause, and altered its guidance pages on ovarian cancer, removing instances of the word “women” in a move they claimed was intended to be more “inclusive” toward trans, non-binary and intersex people.

Additionally, a Freedom of Information Act request revealed last year that just 29 of the 124 NHS hospitals in England with maternity units still exclusively use the words “woman” or “mother” to refer to pregnancy, while all the others include terms such as “birthing people” or “pregnant people.”

The NHS was previously accused of over-diagnosing sex change treatment for children over fears of being branded “transphobic,” and has since appeared to change track, warning that gender confusion in kids “may be a transient phase, particularly for pre-pubertal children.”

Tennis Legend Martina Navratilova: “Women’s Sports Is NOT THE PLACE for Trans Athletes”

Cycling’s governing body defends transgender policy after a biological man wins major women’s event

Multi-time grand slam winning tennis champion Martina Navratilova has taken a stand for women’s sports, voicing her objections to trans identified male athletes competing against biological women.

Navratilova pointed to the fact that a trans athlete identifying as a woman, Austin Killips, won the women’s category of the Tour of the Gila bicycle race in New Mexico this week.

Cycling’s governing body, the UCI, defended its transgender policy after Killips won, stating “The UCI acknowledges that transgender athletes may wish to compete in accordance with their gender identity,” and adding “The UCI rules are based on the latest scientific knowledge and have been applied in a consistent manner.”

Last week, Navratilova also called out trans swimmer Lia Thomas for accusing critics of attempting to “hide transphobia” by saying they are feminists.

“NEWSFLASH Lia- it’s not fair,” Navratilova tweeted, adding “We shouldn’t have to explain it to you over and over. Also- stop explaining feminism to feminists….”

Navratilova previously praised the decision by the World Athletics international governing body that it will not allow trans identifying biological males to compete against biological women, calling it a “step in the right direction.”

Despite most of Navratilova’s Twitter feed being leftist fodder, it is peppered with posts that make her stance on trans athletes clear:

    OK, cue the mob:

As we have highlighted, cycling is one of the major sports where trans identifying males are cleaning up in the women’s category.

Olympic medalist swimmer Sharron Davies, a staunch campaigner to protect women’s sports, also weighed in on the subject:
