Video: Biden Education Secretary Says Biological Males Should Be Allowed To Compete In Girls’ Sport
Refuses to answer question on whether school districts should keep a child’s involvement in gender transition a secret from parents

Joe Biden’s Education Secretary declared Thursday that he believes biological boys should be allowed to compete against girls in sports, and even accused his questioner, GOP Congressman Jim Banks, of wanting to exclude children by discussing their biological gender.
During a Congressional hearing, Banks questioned Cardona on the administration’s attitude toward “gender identity”.
Banks told Cardona that “Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex. However, your department is currently pushing a rule to force every school in America to add non binary as a sex characteristic.”
“How can the Department of Education enforce sex based discrimination when the very definition of sex is so unclear?” Banks asked.
“We’re not pushing for that. We are allowing states who have different categories to use those different categories of data collection that they’re already collecting,” Cardona claimed.
“So you’re not waiting for a rule to add non binary?” Banks further asked Cardona.
“We’re allowing states to report whatever classifications they have in their states,” Cardona responded.
Banks then moved to probe on the sports issue, asking “do you believe that biological male athletes competing in women’s sports are in conflict with Title IX protections for female athletes?”
After failing to properly answer the question, Banks doubled down, asking “Do you think it’s fair for biological boys to compete against girls in sports?”
Cardona responded “Sir, I see where your questions are going, and I’m going to be very clear with you — our transgender students need to feel supported, included, and seen,” adding “And, your line of questioning is, even by describing it the way you’re doing it, shows me that you don’t believe that all students should have access to the extracurricular activities that schools provide.”
Banks told Cardona that “somehow, somewhere you and this administration believe that Title IX somehow protects biological boys for competing against girls and sports. You’re okay with that.”

The Congressman then asked Cardona three times if he agrees “that school districts should keep a child’s involvement in gender transition a secret from their parents?”
Cardona again did not properly answer the question, instead referring to such situations as “very sensitive.”

Before he took up the position of Education Secretary, Cardona made it clear during his Senate confirmation hearing that he supports biological males competing against girls in sports.
“I think it’s critically important to respect the rights of all students, including students who are transgender, and that they are afforded the opportunities that every other student has to participate in extracurricular actives,” Cardona said at the time under questioning from Senator Rand Paul, who noted that such a development would “completely destroy girls athletics”.
Paul told Cardona “A lot of us think that that’s bizarre, you know? Not very fair,” adding “I think most people in the country think it’s bizarre. You know? That it’s just completely bizarre and unfair that people, and you’re gonna run the education? You’ve got no problem with it?”
“I mean, to think it’s okay that boys would compete with girls in a track meet, and that somehow would be fair,” the Kentucky senator continued, positing “I wonder where feminists are on this. I wonder where the people who supported women’s sports are on this.”

Rand Paul Says Gun Control Bill Was Kept ‘Secret’ And Senators Not Allowed Time To Read It
“There doesn’t appear to be a willingness or time provided to read, understand, debate or amend this bill.”

As the Senate passed a gun control bill this week with fifteen Republicans siding with Democrats, Senator Rand Paul noted that no one had time to even read the legislation because it was “assembled in secret.”
“Unfortunately, this legislation was assembled as many are — in secret, absent well-placed leaks to journalists,” Paul tweeted, adding “There doesn’t appear to be a willingness or time provided to read, understand, debate or amend this bill.”
The Senator further vowed to try to introduce amendments to the bill to “correct the constitutional deficiencies.”
I will try anyway. To this end, I will introduce amendments to correct the constitutional deficiencies of this bill and hope my colleagues and the Senate leadership will do the same.
— Rand Paul (@RandPaul) June 22, 2022
The Senate voted 64-34 Tuesday night to advance the bill.
How can any elected official sincerely decide on legislation without reading it or debating it?
In a further interview Paul noted “They didn’t even give us the actual bill to vote on it. They gave us a blank piece of paper and said, ‘Vote on this and trust us as to what the legislation will be when it comes forward and trust that there’ll be an actual amendment process.'”
Paul further stated that he takes issue with the so called ‘red flag laws’, whereby law enforcement are sanctioned to remove firearms from a person who they believe may be a danger to themselves or others.
There are no federal level red flag laws in the current legislation moving into the House, but it does propose $750 million in kickback grants to states that implement their own.
“These are called ex-parte hearings where a judge hears an accusation. In some states, the accusation is actually from an anonymous source. So under no condition would I think that your second amendment rights should be taken away with an accusation by an anonymous person,” Paul urged.
The Senator added, “I could be persuaded to vote for some aspects of this bill, but you’d have to have an amendment process to try to cure the constitutional deficiencies.”
He continued, “I don’t think you can take guns away without letting someone have a lawyer and without letting someone actually be accused of a crime in court in public. You have to be notified of what you’re being accused of. You can’t just have your gun rights taken away without even having a lawyer present.”
Watch:
No one wants to see guns in the hands of criminals, and no one wants to see tragedies like we saw recently in Texas. I’m both a law-abiding gun owner, and a parent, and I want our schools and kids safe.
— Rand Paul (@RandPaul) June 22, 2022
Looking at the recent criminal past of anyone is a good idea before assessing gun ownership. However, that idea was paired with many questionable or bad ones in this legislation.
— Rand Paul (@RandPaul) June 22, 2022
I cannot support any legislation that funds or encourages laws that allow ex parte gun confiscation without legal representation, or even sometimes without prior notification to the defendant of any accusation at all. https://t.co/UbIlIWz1yU
— Rand Paul (@RandPaul) June 22, 2022
I cannot support legislation that funds or encourages gun confiscation predicated on anonymous accusations. https://t.co/3KH4vzPQTO
— Rand Paul (@RandPaul) June 22, 2022
In fact, we should be doing the opposite, encouraging schools to train and arm proper personnel as desired and needed in their schools. https://t.co/beWQATe1mN

Embarrassing and shameful

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre has repeatedly told reporters for over a month that she has no updates or knowledge on the ongoing baby formula shortage crisis.
Jake Schneider of RNC Research posted the following thread of videos that shows Jean-Pierre struggling to provide any information on what is going on at all.

In addition, other Biden officials when asked about the supply chain shortage have admitted they have no clue what is going on. The infant formula shortage has been ongoing since last year and was known to be a serious issue as far back as February, but was dismissed as not being a ‘top level crisis’.
Biden himself says he didn’t know anything about it until APRIL.

Shelves are still empty and formula is having to be flown in from the UK and Europe.

Video: Biden Snaps At Reporter Who Asked About Coming Recession
Has to be ushered away by his daughter
Published

21 June, 2022Steve Watson

Correction: An earlier version of this report suggested Biden referred to his granddaughter as his deceased son. While he has done that previously, a clean up of the audio confirms this time he said “my son Beau’s oldest daughter”.
Joe Biden, who is on the beach in Delaware for some reason, snapped at a reporter who asked him about recent assertions by a host of economists that the U.S. is heading for a recession, and had to be ushered away by members of his family.
During the exchange, the reporter asked specifically about a report in the Wall Street Journal on a survey that found economists believe there is a 44 percent chance of the country entering a recession.
A group of economists surveyed by the Wall Street Journal placed the chances of the United States entering a recession in the next 12 months at 44%.https://t.co/aG8tnd5ILr

Biden snapped at the reporter, “The majority of them aren’t saying that. Come on, don’t make things up, okay? Now you sound like a Republican politician.”
Then he bizarrely stated “I’m joking. That was a joke, but all kidding aside, I don’t think it is.”

Following the testy exchange, Biden’s daughter and granddaughter eventually pulled him away and told reporters they couldn’t ask anymore questions.
Biden put his arm around his granddaughter android “This is my son Beau’s oldest daughter. She’s trying to tell me DAD, Grandpa, Pop, keep going, you promised me we’d walk.”
"Nope. Like no more. No more questions," Biden's daughter and granddaughter pull him away from reporters. pic.twitter.com/cqrqgO1JQy

His granddaughter also told reporters that Biden had been doing puzzles.
Puzzles are a good exercise for early onset brain freezes.
— American Man🗯 (@RScarberry3) June 20, 2022
The incident came a day after Biden face planted off his bike right in front of the world’s press.
The man is clearly in severe mental decline.
