The First Casualty of War is Truth

Whoops!

Published

In just a few days, there have been innumerable ‘outrage’ war stories which have proven to be completely invented.

You’d think the fact checkers would be in their element, but they’re strangely AWOL.

Funny that, isn’t it?

Russia Prepares To ‘Ramp Up’ Stealth Jet Production Amid Rising Threat Of War With West

Russia’s war in Ukraine escalated this week when Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a partial mobilization of the country’s military and vowed to use “all available means” to deter future attacks against Russia — a reference to the country’s diverse nuclear weapons arsenal.

Then Dmitry Medvedev, the deputy chairman of Russia’s Security Council, provided fresh warnings Thursday on the heels of Putin’s nuclear threats that “Hypersound [hypersonic weapons] will be able to reach targets in Europe and in the United States much faster, guaranteed.”

Now there’s word that Russian state-owned defense corporation Rostec will increase production of Su-57 5th-generation stealth fighter jets.

“The Russian Air Force will receive new Su-57 jet fighters this year,” Rostec head Sergey Chemezov said on the company’s Telegram channel.

Chemezov said the “production speed” of the stealth fighter jets “will be increased.” He said the plant is based in Russia’s Far East and is undergoing expansion to ramp up output.

The multirole fifth-generation fighter was first delivered to Russia’s Aerospace Force in 2019. A video surfaced in 2018 of the jets used in Syria for combat operations.

Meanwhile, the US has been training for aerial warfare against Su-57s. We noted in 2019, Nellis Air Force Base had a General Dynamics F-16 Fighting Falcon painted to mimic Russia’s fifth-generation stealth fighter

“The next world war will be fought with fifth-generation fighters and hypersonic weapons,” we said in 2019.

Study Says Nuclear War Would Cause Apocalyptic New Ice Age

Global temperatures would plunge by about 13 degrees Fahrenheit.

A new study says that a nuclear war would cause global temperatures to plunge by about 13 degrees Fahrenheit (7 degrees Celsius), triggering a ‘Nuclear Little Ice Age’ that would lead to mass starvation.

The study, conducted by researchers at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, cautioned that a nuclear conflict would devastate the world’s oceans, with the effects being felt for thousands of years.

Whether through a deliberate act of war, an accidental detonation, or a hacking breach, the detonation of a nuclear arsenal anywhere in the world would spread into the upper atmosphere and impact everyone on the planet.

“In all of the researchers’ simulated scenarios, nuclear firestorms would release soot and smoke into the upper atmosphere that would block out the sun, resulting in crop failure around the world,” the study found.

“In the first month following nuclear detonation, average global temperatures would plunge by about 13 degrees Fahrenheit (7 degrees C), a larger temperature change than in the last Ice Age.”

Rapidly expanding sea ice would then block major ports, like those located in Beijing, Copenhagen and St. Petersburg, crippling major global shipping lanes and preventing food imports to mega-cities like Shanghai.

“The sudden drop in light and ocean temperatures, especially from the Arctic to the North Atlantic and North Pacific oceans, would kill the marine algae, which is the foundation of the marine food web, essentially creating a famine in the ocean. This would halt most fishing and aquaculture,” the study found.

The scientists discovered that a nuclear war between the U.S. and Russia would result in fires that would spew “more than 330 billion pounds of smoke and sunlight-absorbing black carbon into the upper atmosphere.”

“We can and must, however, do everything we can to avoid nuclear war. The effects are too likely to be globally catastrophic,” the scientists concluded.

The study was published in the peer-reviewed journal AGU Advances.

As we previously highlighted, a separate study conducted by Rutgers University found that nuclear war between the United States and Russia would cause two-thirds of the planet to starve to death within two years.

5 billion people would perish, primarily as a result of nuclear detonations causing huge infernos that inject soot into the atmosphere which blocks out the sun and devastates crops.

Following Vladimir Putin’s warning that Russia was prepared to use its nuclear arsenal to defend its territorial integrity, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic warned that the planet is entering into a “great world conflict” that could take place within the next two months.

Serbian President Warns of “Great World Conflict” Within Two Months

Worst situation since WWII.

The President of Serbia has warned that the planet is entering into a “great world conflict” that could take place within the next two months.

Aleksandar Vucic made the alarming comments during the first day of the UN General Assembly session in New York.

“You see a crisis in every part of the world,” Vucic told the Serbian state broadcaster RTS.

“I think realistic predictions ought to be even darker,” he added. “Our position is even worse, since the UN has been weakened and the great powers have taken over and practically destroyed the UN order over the past several decades.”

The Serbian leader cautioned that the war between Russia and Ukraine had moved on to a far deadlier phase.

“I assume that we’re leaving the phase of the special military operation and approaching a major armed conflict, and now the question becomes where is the line, and whether after a certain time – maybe a month or two, even – we will enter a great world conflict not seen since the Second World War,” he said.

Vucic’s remarks were made on the same day that Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered an immediate “partial mobilization” of troops amounting to 300,000 soldiers.

In a public address to the nation, Putin warned that he wasn’t bluffing and that he was prepared to use “all the means at our disposal” to protect Moscow’s territorial integrity.

“Now they (the West) are talking about nuclear blackmail,” said Putin.

“The Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant was shelled and also some high positions – representatives of NATO states – who are saying there might be possibility and permissibility to use nuclear weapons against Russia,” he added.

Putin ominously asserted that western powers should “be reminded that our country also has various weapons of destruction, and with regard to certain components they’re even more modern than NATO ones.”

As we highlighted last month, a study conducted by Rutgers University found that nuclear war between the United States and Russia would cause two-thirds of the planet to starve to death within two years.

5 billion people would perish, primarily as a result of nuclear detonations causing huge infernos that inject soot into the atmosphere which blocks out the sun and devastates crops.

One wonders how a generation that thinks words are “violence” and misgendering someone is stochastic terrorism will react to an intercontinental nuclear war.

The mind truly boggles.
