Critics Point to Country of Origin After Controversy Over Racist Messages Sent to Black England Footballers

Evidence clearly suggests most comments come from India and the Middle East.

After a controversy surrounding racist messages sent to black England footballers led to calls for people to be forced to provide identity documents to create a social media account, some pointed to evidence suggesting the vast majority of the messages were posted by users from South Asia and the Middle East.

Italy beat England on penalties to win the Euro 2020 tournament on Sunday night after three black players missed three of England’s penalties.

Some claimed that manager Gareth Southgate deliberately chose black players to take the last three crucial kicks in an effort to send a political message in support of “diversity” and anti-racism.

However, after England lost, reports of the Instagram and Twitter accounts of the three players being flooded with racial slurs and monkey emojis immediately began to circulate.

This then led to calls for the government to hunt down the identities of those responsible, with authorities vowing to “make an example of” the culprits.

A petition that calls for the government to pass a law that mandates people provide a verified ID before they are able to open a social media account currently has over 633,000 signatures.

However, critics have pointed out anecdotal evidence before the comments were deleted showing that the vast majority didn’t come from England fans, but from people located in the Middle East and South Asia.

“The biggest thing about the racial abuse of footballers in England that always gets cut from the narrative is that most of it comes from abroad,” commented Charlie Peters.

“This doesn’t suit the view that England is a racist backwater that despises some of its greatest citizens, so it’s cast aside,” he added. “But if you cut away that factor, the abuse all but vanishes. This is not a homegrown problem.”

Tory MP Michael Fabricant is also calling on UK Home Secretary Priti Patel to “investigate what proportion of the racist abuse directed at England players after the Euros actually originated in the UK.”

The media and leftists are loathe to consider the origin of the racist comments because it doesn’t fit their narrative that racism is only a problem in white countries.

Many people are still somehow unable to grasp or refuse to accept that racism also exists in non-white countries (and is almost always worse).

Virtually every time a black football player faces abuse, the vast majority of those making the comments have Indian or Middle Eastern names.

A previous investigation by the Premier League found that “social media abuse of top tier footballers originates outside the UK in seven out of ten cases.”

Indeed, a SEMrush analysis of racist comments and emojis posted in the hours after the match ended show that the top countries of origin are India, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Iran, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.

The establishment is completely disinterested in identifying the true culprits behind the comments because it was demolish the narrative that racist white English people were to blame.

It would also deflate attempts to exploit the contrived problem to expand state power and control over the Internet while eliminating online anonymity.

UN Recruited Over 100,000 ‘Digital First Responders’ to Push Establishment COVID Narrative

October 2020 admission gets fresh attention.

At the height of the pandemic, the United Nations recruited over 100,000 “digital first responders’ to push the establishment narrative on COVID via social media.

The revelation actually slipped out in October 2020 during a World Economic Forum podcast called ‘Seeking a cure for the infodemic’, although it is only going viral on Twitter today.

In the podcast, Melissa Fleming, head of global communications for the United Nations, explains how the COVID pandemic and lockdowns created a “communications crisis” in addition to a public health emergency.

Fleming acknowledged that in order to fight so-called “misinformation” about the pandemic, the UN tapped up 110,000 people to amplify their messaging across social media.

“So far, we’ve recruited 110,000 information volunteers, and we equip these information volunteers with the kind of knowledge about how misinformation spreads and ask them to serve as kind of ‘digital first-responders’ in those spaces where misinformation travels,” Fleming stated.

That was nearly 2 years ago. It is not known how many ‘digital first responders’ have been recruited up to this point.

Similar efforts to create astroturf campaigns to push a specific message are nothing new, but when entities such as oil companies engage in it, they are lambasted for rigging the discussion.

However, when globalist technocrats at the UN or the WEF do it, apparently it’s fine.

Last year, it was revealed that the British government used “propagandistic” fear tactics to scare the public into mass compliance during the first COVID lockdown, according to a behavioral scientist who worked inside Downing Street.

Scientists in the UK working as advisors for the government admitted using what they later conceded to be “unethical” and “totalitarian” methods of instilling fear in the population in order to control behavior during the pandemic.

As we previously highlighted, the World Economic Forum is now advocating for the merger of human and artificial intelligence systems to censor “hate speech” and “misinformation” online before it is even allowed to be posted.

In what some dubbed “preemptive censorship,” the WEF is creating a system that would block posts from appearing if they fail the censorship filter.

Of course, the WEF, which is infamous for blocking its critics on Twitter, would never abuse such a system to shield itself from scrutiny.

Facebook Fact Check Censors Factual Claim IRS is Arming Agents To Use Deadly Force

Claims because not “all” agents will be armed that it’s not accurate.

Facebook has deployed one of its infamous ‘fact checkers’ to suggest that the completely accurate claim that the IRS is seeking to arm more agents to use deadly force was “partly false information.”

Earlier this month, an IRS job posting was uncovered that announced the agency was looking to hire people who are ready to kill.

The job ad listed one of the “major duties” of IRS agents to be able to “carry a firearm and be willing to use deadly force, if necessary.”

The IRS subsequently deleted the job posting after it stoked controversy, but then a 2021 IRS annual report also came to light which showed heavily armed agents simulating an assault on a suburban home as part of their training.

When the Heritage Foundation and Young Americans for Liberty (YAL) posted about the issue on Facebook, the Big Tech giant, relying on a ‘fact check’ carried out by Lead Stories, slapped a warning label on posts that said they constituted “partly false information.”

Fact checks have the effect of basically blacklisting content on Facebook, burying it in the algorithm and preventing large numbers of people from viewing the content.

‘Fact Check: IRS Is NOT Trying To Arm All Its Agents’ shouted the headline of the article by Lead Stories.

null

However, as Christina Maas notes, “The Heritage Foundation never said the IRS was arming all of its agents.”

“In its article, Lead Stories singles out pro-liberty youth organization Young Americans for Liberty (YAL). The youth group posted a screenshot of the original job posting, and wrote: “The IRS is hiring! The government wants its IRS agents armed and its citizens disarmed. We’ll let everyone just marinate on that for a second.”

“Lead Stories tried to make it look like YAL said the IRS is arming all of its employees. “Is the IRS trying to arm all its employees?” asked Lead Stories. “No, that’s not true: A job posting from the IRS Criminal Investigation unit, which carries firearms, does refer to carrying firearms.”

As ever, fact checkers pedantically select a piece of language that was used (or not even used at all in this case) which might be slightly exaggerated to then declare that the entire story is “false information,” when it isn’t, it’s overwhelmingly true information.

As we previously highlighted, fact checkers used by Facebook previously declared the Hunter Biden laptop story to be “Russian disinformation.”

We also reported on how 11 ‘fact checkers’ are demanding that YouTube censor more videos for “misinformation,” with one of the reasons being that no one is content produced by fact checker groups.

Back in June, USA Today, which is used as a ‘fact checker’ by social media platforms, was forced to delete 23 articles from its website after an investigation found one of its reporters had fabricated sources.
