FBI Ridiculed For Seizing Man’s Lego Set Of U.S. Capitol
They’re building a case, piece by piece

File this under “what the hell?”
The FBI seized a man’s lego set of the U.S. Capitol building after declaring him to be a leading ‘rioter’ during the January 6th incident.
Court records note that federal prosecutors are accusing 27-year-old Robert Morss of directing other ‘rioters’ in “one of the most intense and prolonged clashes” with Capitol Police around the building that day.
Former Army Ranger Morss, like many others arrested since January 6th, has been languishing in prison, and faces 9 counts of inciting violence.
The documents note “During his arrest, law enforcement recovered some clothing and other items that appear to match those he carried with him on the 6th – including a “Don’t Tread on Me” flag, a neck gaiter, a military utility bag, a black tourniquet, and military fatigues. (Law enforcement also recoverd a fully constructed U.S. Capitol Lego set.)”
The horror.
The Hill notes that “It’s unclear why Morss had the Lego set.”
Meanwhile, the dude who placed two actual pipe bombs the night before remains free to build whatever he wants to build. @FBI

This doesn't really prove anything considering literally anyone could buy that set, unles he had little lego rioters climbing it pic.twitter.com/WevZ0pPUzu

All the violent crime that has taken place over the last year in cities across America – ruining lives destroying property including federal property – and you guys are fucking bragging about finding Lego toys?
The FBI has become a complete joke.

Fully assembled? Nobody can fully assemble a Lego set on their own. It must be a conspiracy.

I found out my brother and his wife have fully assembled Lego fire and police stations (and a bakery). I fear what might be coming. Maybe I should alert someone.

Biden Faces Criticism For Visiting Buffalo Having Skipped Visit to Waukesha
White House press secretary asked about double standard.

President Biden is facing accusations of double standards after immediately announcing he would visit the site of the Buffalo mass shooting, having failed to visit Waukesha after last year’s Christmas parade massacre.
Biden immediately denounced the tragedy in Buffalo as “a hate crime, racially-motivated act of white supremacy and violent extremism.”
However, the same level of denunciation was noticeably absent when a black supremacist and BLM supporter with a history of anti-white statements, including calling white people “the enemy,” killed five people and injured dozens of others during a Christmas parade.
As we previously highlighted, Darrell Edward Brooks Jr drove in a zig zag pattern in order to “hit as many” people as possible, confirming that the massacre was a deliberate attack.
However, the legacy media and the White House closed ranks on the narrative, and the horrific race hate massacre quickly turned into just an “act of violence,” according to Biden.
The president refused to visit Waukesha and instead sent his wife Jill nearly a month later for an empty photo-op.
The stated reason why Biden did not go to Waukesha is that it would require too many "assets" and "resources." Somehow they have managed to gather all of the necessary assets and resources for Buffalo.

“When a black supremacist committed a massacre at a Christmas parade in Waukesha, the President of the United States refused to visit the victims. Nearly a month after the attack, he sent his wife for a photo op,” tweeted Matt Walsh. “Biden will be in Buffalo personally on Tuesday.”
“The stated reason why Biden did not go to Waukesha is that it would require too many “assets” and “resources.” Somehow they have managed to gather all of the necessary assets and resources for Buffalo,” he added.
When asked about Biden’s failure to visit the Waukesha victims, White House press secretary Jen Psaki claimed, “Obviously any president going to visit a community requires a lot of assets … requires taking their resources.”
When new press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was asked by Fox News reporter Peter Doocy about why Biden didn’t visit Waukesha, she glibly responded, “I mean, he’s visited many communities.”

Watch: Psaki Says Biden Will Continue To Call Americans Who Do Not Support Him ‘Extremists’
Biden proclaimed that “MAGA is the most extreme political organization” in history

After Joe Biden declared Wednesday that “MAGA is the most extreme political organization” in US history, reporters questioned White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki if Americans should expect that kind of rhetoric to continue, and she said yes.
CNN reporter Kaitlan Collins noted that Biden “was sharply critical of the MAGA crowd,” asking Psaki “is that what we should expect to speak his message going into the midterms?”
Psaki responded, “I would expect you will hear” more of this rhetoric from Biden “over the next coming months.”

When another reporter asked a similar question, noting how divisive the language is, Psaki responded “I think the president will be judged by Americans by his actions.”
Q: "The 'MAGA Crowd' is…almost half the people who voted in 2020. Does the president feel he could've done more early on to reach out to those people?"

Fox News White House Correspondent Peter Doocy noted that Biden also claimed that Republicans might use the overturning of Roe vs Wade segregate LGBTQ children from the other children in classrooms.

Doocy noted “The president said today, ‘What happens if you have states change the law saying that children who are LGBTQ can’t be in classrooms with other children?’” asking Psaki “What is he talking about?”
Psaki responded by using the word “extreme” again, asserting that “we don’t know what they’re capable of given what they’ve already done to date.”
Doocy: Biden "said…what happens if the states…say children who are LGBTQ can't be in classrooms w/other children. What is he talking about?

“Which state is trying to segregate LGBTQ children in the classroom?” Doocy further probed.
Psaki again went to the “extreme”.
“Well, I think we’ve seen laws that are incredibly discriminatory. That’s what the President’s referring to and the fact that he doesn’t know what additional steps could be taken by extreme wings of the party that would rather divide rather than work on issues that the American people actually are focused on actually impacting them,” she responded.
Doocy: "Why is the president talking about the judgement to choose to abort a child?"

Adam Schiff: “I Don’t Care How the Draft Leaked”
House Intelligence Committee Chairman tries to downplay unprecedented breach.

Published
2 weeks agoon
5 May, 2022
House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff asserted, “I don’t care how the draft leaked” in response to the Roe v Wade decision leak, despite it representing an unprecedented breach in Supreme Court history.
“I don’t care how the draft leaked. That’s a sideshow,” tweeted Schiff.
“What I care about is that a small number of conservative justices, who lied about their plans to the Senate, intend to deprive millions of women of reproductive care. Codifying Roe isn’t enough. We must expand the court,” he added.
As Breitbart reports, Schiff’s response is similar to how he attempted to protect the identity of the leaker of President Donald Trump’s classified call with the Ukrainian president.
“Schiff, during Trump’s impeachment hearings, sought to interfere with Republicans’ questioning when it came to the identity of the leaker,” writes Kristina Wong.
Speculation is rife as to the identity of the leaker, with some commentators calling for them to be arrested.
The only people with access to the original document were the nine justices and their 36 law clerks, meaning it’s almost certain that one of the 36 law clerks leaked the document.
When you consider that each justice has four clerks working for them, that probably narrows it down to one of 16 clerks working for the four Democrat-appointed justices.
Conservative commentator Will Chamberlain was pilloried by the media for suggesting that the individual is almost certainly Elizabeth Deutsch, who is currently a law clerk for Justice Breyer.
“I certainly think someone who has spent much of their academic and professional life fighting to expand the right to get an abortion could be desperate enough to do so,” tweeted Chamberlain.
Meet Elizabeth Deutsch. She's currently a law clerk for Justice Breyer.
And, in my humble opinion, she's the most likely person to have leaked the draft Supreme Court opinion in Dobbs, purporting to overturn Roe v. Wade.
