Tucker Carlson Calls For Investigation Into Fauci Wuhan Lab Connection
“Why isn’t there a criminal investigation into Tony Fauci’s role in this pandemic?”
Fox News host Tucker Carlson has called for The White House medical advisor Anthony Fauci to be investigated concerning his links to the Wuhan Institute of Virology and the origins of the coronavirus.
In a monologue Monday, Carlson asserted that Fauci allowed the pandemic to happen by ‘exploiting a loophole that allowed him to fund research at the Wuhan Lab that likely became COVID-19’.
Carlson was responding to Fauci again suggesting that it’s “possible” mask mandates could continue indefinitely.
“Tony Fauci is punishing the country — you, us, everyone. The question is: why is he doing that?” Carlson asked, suggesting “Maybe he liked it, that’s possible. But you’ve got to think that at least part of Fauci’s authoritarian germ hysterical is a cover for something else. Could it be that Tony Fauci is trying to divert attention from himself and his own role in the COVID-19 pandemic?”
The host then pointed to an article by science writer Nicholas Wade that outlines how Fauci approved dangerous research at the Wuhan facility, that many believe led directly to the coronavirus outbreak.
“Tony Fauci had authorized payment for the research. For five years — from 2014 to 2019 — the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, which Fauci runs, and has for decades, pumped money to a group called the EcoHealth Alliance,” Carlson continued.
“The EcoHealth Alliance, run by a man called Dr. Peter Daszak, contracted with Dr. Shi to conduct gain-of-function research at the Wuhan lab,” Tucker further explained.
“Millions of people have died of COVID-19, so it’s not a matter of score-settling or blame-assignment to figure out where it came from. If you want to prevent the next global pandemic, you have to figure out how this one started,” Carlson added, noting “This wouldn’t have happened if Tony Fauci didn’t allow it to happen. That is clear.”
He concluded “In a functional country, there would be a criminal investigation into Tony Fauci’s role in the COVID pandemic that has killed millions and halted our country, changing it forever. So why isn’t there a criminal investigation into Tony Fauci’s role in this pandemic?”

Panel Says WHO Could Have Saved Over 3 Million Lives by Recommending Border Controls Earlier
Health body suggested it was racist to impose travel restrictions in early weeks of pandemic.
An independent panel has ruled that the World Health Organization, which in January 2020 suggested it was racist to impose border controls to stop the spread of COVID-19 , could have saved over 3 million lives if it had recommended travel restrictions earlier.
The panel has released a report entitled ‘COVID-19: Make it the Last Pandemic’ which concludes that the month of February was “lost” because most countries failed to stop the international flow of people coming from heavily infected regions.
“The situation we find ourselves in today could have been prevented,” said panel co-chair Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, adding, “It is due to a myriad of failures, gaps and delays in preparedness and response.”
The report notes that Chinese doctors reported cases of unusual pneumonia in December 2019 and yet on January 14, the WHO amplified Chinese state propaganda that there was “no clear evidence of human-to-human transmission” of the virus.

According to the panel of experts, the WHO should have declared an international health emergency during their first meeting on January 22nd and imposed travel restrictions.
In late January 2020, despite declaring a global health emergency, the WHO released a statement explicitly advising against “any travel or trade restriction based on the current information available.”
“Countries are cautioned against actions that promote stigma or discrimination, in line with the principles of Article 3 of the IHR,” said the organization in a statement.
In other words, because the feelings of Chinese people may have been hurt, the WHO told countries not to impose border controls, despite evidence now proving that such measures stop the spread of COVID-19 more effectively than lockdowns.
As we also highlighted at the time, numerous politicians in America suggested throughout February that it was bigoted to advise against mass gatherings at Chinese new year festivals in major cities.
In Europe, authorities were even encouraging people to hug Chinese people as late as March under the guise of virtue signaling anti-racism campaigns.
In October last year, the New York Times reported that the WHO’s decision not to advise early border closures was based on “politics,” not science.
A Mount Sinai study found that New York City’s record-high coronavirus cases and deaths were “predominately” due to travel from Europe, meaning that many more lives could have been saved if borders had been closed down earlier.

Video: CNN’s Cooper Accuses Rand Paul Of ‘Disrespecting Medical Science’ For Questioning Fauci
Senator says Fauci is “leading you on to believe something that’s not true”
Following another confrontation between Senator Rand Paul and White House medical advisor Anthony Fauci Tuesday, during which Paul questioned Fauci about his extensive ties to the Wuhan Institute of Virology, CNN’s Anderson Cooper declared that Paul should “have more respect at least for medical science.”
Reporting on the exchange, the CNN host proclaimed that Paul is “an ophthalmologist. You would think that he would be — have more respect at least for medical science.”
It’s unclear how asking valid questions about Fauci and the NIH’s funding of the Wuhan lab where dangerous experiments on bat coronaviruses were being conducted represents a disrespect for science.
Cooper later repeated Fauci’s claim that Paul and other GOP Senators are “playing to the cameras.”
“The idea that Fauci is somehow a villain to Trump-allied politicians. What does one even say to that idea?” Cooper proclaimed.
Cooper also stated “We should also point out, Dr. Fauci, in his exchange with Sen. Paul, did stress that he fully supports further investigation into the origins of COVID-19.”

Commenting on his latest exchange with Fauci, Paul himself stressed that Fauci “was being dishonest.“
“In fact, one of the main papers published by Dr. Shi in the Wuhan Institute says in the byline, “Funded by the NIH,” and funded specifically by the NIAI which is AID, which is Fauci’s group,” Paul urged.
“So, no, he completely dissembled on that. He’s leading you on to believe something that’s not true,” The Senator added.

As Infowars reported in April 2020, the NIH awarded a $3.7 million grant to the Wuhan Institute of Virology to conduct coronavirus gain of function research.
Additionally, the results of the US-backed gain of function research at Wuhan was published in 2017 under the heading, “Discovery of a rich gene pool of bat SARS-related coronaviruses provides new insights into the origin of SARS coronavirus.”
Fauci has come under increased scrutiny as the NIH’s involvement with the Wuhan lab is being called into question.
