Fox News’ ratings have plummeted in the aftermath of Trump supporters abandoning the network, with the broadcaster registering its poorest showing since September 2000.

The Daily Beast reports that Fox News finished third to both MSNBC and CNN for three days running last week, their worst performance in over 20 years.

“On Wednesday, CNN averaged 5.941 million total viewers and 2.074 million in the key 25-54 demographic for the entire day, compared to MSNBC’s 4.543 million viewers overall and 1.106 million demo audience and Fox News’ total audience of 3.464 million and 852,000 in the demo.”

“The disparity increased on Thursday, with CNN drawing 3.854 million total viewers, MSNBC averaging 3.321 million, and Fox pulling in 1.935 million for the day. CNN also led in the demo, nabbing 1.193 million with MSNBC finishing second at 653,000 and Fox bringing in the rear at 384,000.”

“The streak continued on Friday as CNN finished first once again with 3.121 million total viewers, followed by MSNBC’s 2.816 million and FNC’s 1.702 million. In the total day demo, CNN drew 878,000 viewers, compared to MSNBC’s 512,000 and Fox News’ 320,000. MSNBC, meanwhile, experienced its highest-rated week ever, averaging a total of 3.1 million viewers.”

Much of the viewership loss is due to Trump supporters switching to competing conservative networks like OAN and Newsmax due to the perception that Fox News abandoned its implicit support for Trump over the last 2 years.

Host Chris Wallace’s debate moderator performance, during which he was seen to protect Joe Biden while shutting down Trump, also infuriated MAGA types.

With viewers defecting to Newsmax and OAN, both those networks are now being targeted by CNN in a transparent effort to have its competition silenced.

“We are going to have to figure out the OAN and Newsmax problem. These companies have freedom of speech, but I’m not sure we need Verizon, AT&T, Comcast and such bringing them into tens of millions of homes,” guest Alex Stamos told Brian Stelter yesterday.

Hill Reporter Suggests Dems Could Use Hologram to Handle Biden’s Public Speeches

Claims officials within administration are mulling it over.

The Hill reporter Sharyl Attkisson has suggested that the White House could use hologram technology to help Joe Biden deliver public speeches.

According to Atkinson, officials within the administration are “mulling over farfetched speculation that, upon further examination, starts to look almost like it is not completely outside the realm of the possible.”

The journalist highlighted how AI and deepfake technology is becoming so indistinguishable from reality, that it can “make people who didn’t say or do something look very much like they said or did the thing.”

“Some years ago, a government source with access to intelligence at the highest levels explained to me — without divulging any classified information — that any technological thing we can imagine is actually being researched or accomplished in the secret channels of our government. And, he told me, things that are beyond our ability to imagine also are being done,” wrote Atkinson.

“Joe Biden isn’t a hologram. But if he wanted to be, and if powerful people with access to the latest technology wanted to make him one, it seems as though there might be little they couldn’t accomplish,” she concludes.

Biden has yet to take part in a press conference or address the nation, although he is set to do that tomorrow to mark the one year anniversary of the coronavirus shutdown.

The 78-year-old’s habit of stumbling through sentences and forgetting words and names has left staffers keen to keep Biden away from reporters.

As we highlighted yesterday, Biden’s handlers almost had panic attacks when journalists began asking him questions during a visit to a hardware store in DC.

Meanwhile, Kamala Harris has been handling important phone calls with foreign leaders, a task normally undertaken by the president.

A Rasmussen poll found that half of Americans now have questions regarding Joe Biden’s physical and mental fitness, while more than half are concerned about the fact that he has not held a press conference for almost 50 days now.

Mainstream Web Traffic Slumped After Trump Left White House

Press writing three times fewer stories about Biden than Trump.

Mainstream media web traffic slumped by 20 per cent after President Trump left office, with the press writing three times fewer stories about Biden than they did about Trump in the same month after he took office in 2017.

According to analytics firm SimilarWeb, there was at least a one fifth decline in traffic in February compared to the previous month.

Politics consumption also dropped by 28 per cent as people lost interest in the presidency after Biden’s inauguration.

“There were three times as many stories written about about Trump in February of 2017 than about Biden last month, according to data from NewsWhip,” reports Axios.

“Biden was discussed on cable news for an estimated 1,836 minutes last month, according to the Stanford Cable TV News Analyzer. In February of Trump’s first year, he commanded an estimated 4,669 minutes on cable news.”

The media is seemingly uninterested in the fact that Biden hasn’t given a single major press conference or any form of public address since taking office.

Nor are they that bothered about the fact that Kamala Harris appears to be pulling the strings behind the scenes while Biden is trotted out for the odd limited appearance during which he stumbles through his sentences.

“What some mainstream media take away from this is that people are now used to the “drama” from politics that was present during the Trump presidency,” writes Didi Rankovic

” However, much of that drama, producing polarization and divisions, may have actually come from the media themselves, rather than politics per se; after all, the current sharp dip in traffic shows they had incentive to keep whipping up that drama for financial reasons, beyond any preferred politics and ideologies.”

Biden’s Handlers Panic at the Prospect of Him Being Asked a Question

“Come on, let’s go!”

Published

A video clip from Joe Biden’s visit to a hardware store in DC shows Biden’s handlers in the background panicking at the prospect of him being asked a question.

The clip shows Biden, who is wearing two face masks, appearing distracted as he waves to some people on a higher level while meeting with the store owner.

As the owner tries to address Biden again, Biden’s handlers suddenly become agitated and one is repeatedly heard saying, “come on press, let’s go, we’re gonna move out.”

“Let’s go you guys, come on let’s go,” she repeats herself as one of the reporters tries to ask Biden about “the crisis at the border.”

The reporters dutifully follow orders and stop asking questions.

Biden has yet to hold a proper press conference or address the nation in any meaningful way since winning the presidency.

His handlers’ desperation to keep him away from reporters is unsurprising given Biden struggles to complete sentences and forgets the name of the Pentagon and his own Defense Secretary.

However, this is merely a continuation of the Biden campaign, when Uncle Joe was largely kept in a basement away from the general public and real journalists.
