UK Police Boast About Fining Person Eating A Kebab, Alone, In A Car
The Covid crackdown is now in full force

As the crackdown on lockdown ‘violators’ is being amped up by the authorities in the UK, police were criticised for boasting about fining a person who they witnessed eating a kebab in their car, alone.
Avon and Somerset Police tweeted about the incident which occurred over the weekend at Cheddar Gorge, a place of natural beauty in the South West of the country.
The issue, police say, is that the person drove 20 miles from Bristol to eat the kebab.
Police bragged about patrolling the area to punish people they deemed to be breaking lockdown:
Patrols of Cheddar Gorge this evening resulted in multiple vehicles being dispersed and 7 fixed penalty notices being issued for breaching Covid-19 legislation. Travelling from Bristol to Cheddar to sit and eat kebabs in your vehicle is not a reasonable excuse! #staysafe
— ASPolice Sedgemoor (@ASPSedgemoor) January 9, 2021
In a further statement to media, police said that while “patrolling in Cheddar [they] engaged with a number of people who were sitting in parked cars in Cheddar Gorge.”
“Officers took the decision to issue fixed penalty notices to seven individuals whom they determined were not local to the area, were not members of the same household, and did not have a valid reason for their journey under the current COVID-19 regulations,” the statement continued.
“We would ask that people follow the regulations, only travel when it is essential and take exercise locally to their home address, in order to save lives and protect the NHS,” the statement concluded, parroting government rhetoric.
The Police are asking the public to report lockdown violators:
Thanks for your message. We can’t take info or reports via social media. Please use our online form to report breaches of COVID-19 regulations or call 101 if the breach is happening now: https://t.co/mWMUDPuLZt – thank you.

With the COVID-19 risk at an all-time high, we’re asking the public to remain vigilant for signs of unlicensed music events being set up.
— Avon and Somerset Police (@ASPolice) January 8, 2021
We need to know if you suspect an event is being organised so that we can intervene early to prevent it. pic.twitter.com/JJn1Pmw3jR
Backlash toward the police on Twitter was swift:
Meanwhile a few years ago my car was hit and the police weren’t interested. Here’s your log number and that’s it! Reported many drivers without licenses and insurances in the past and you do nothing about them. In fact they’re still driving around with no license 😂
— Shaun (@IzieHi) January 10, 2021
Whoever wrote this – please tell me you stopped for a moment and thought “what the hell am I having to say here” 🙄
— TrishC (@trixieC2) January 10, 2021
At least those living in Somerset now know that if they’re being burgled….just say you’re holding an unlicensed music event. The boys in blue will be round in the blink of an eye.
— Torro (@bianchibully) January 8, 2021
Just don’t say you’re being burgled.
Gestapo 👏👏👏👏 this is how it started
— des (@Wolf14064576) January 8, 2021
Any chance of you “intervening early” for ACTUAL CRIME such as robberies stabbings rapes etc or is just people playing loud music that’s wrong this week 🤔
— EddieLowFilthSlayer (@SlayTheFilth) January 8, 2021
If you report the crime before it’s actually happened I’m sure they’d be happy to step in

While some expressed disgust with police, others were eager to snitch:
20-30 by accounts, with crates of beer… Mums wanting to take small children feeling intimidated and appalling language as well. @CheddarPC

This incident followed a number of other cases of police cracking down on people that made headlines over the weekend.
Two women were interrogated and fined by police for going on a walk in a remote area 5 miles from where they lived despite this not being illegal under coronavirus laws. Police told the women that hot drinks they were carrying constituted a “picnic”.
The women, Jessica Allen and Eliza Moore, told reporters that the police appeared ‘desperate to fine them’:
The women explained that they reasoned the remote place they chose to walk “would keep us safer, and it would be safer for everyone else as well.”
The pair said that “The officers approached us as we parked, we parked two spaces away from each other to ensure we really were complying with social distancing, and the officers soon started walking towards our vehicles.”
“They were looking to find information that they could justify that we had broken the rules,” they explained.
Elsewhere, video emerged of policing arresting people who were walking, sitting on benches and drinking coffee outside.
After the footage went viral, police claimed that the whole thing was staged by ‘anti-lockdown protesters’:

Some people have suggested there was an anti-lockdown protest taking place. Daily Mirror says here: "There is no suggestion that any of the people confronted by police were taking part in a protest." Happy to be told otherwise if anyone has further info. https://t.co/gQNWf2DX33

This is what the police have sunk to – blaming their victims for their unlawful arrests… Disgraceful. https://t.co/yGbcUyTVbw pic.twitter.com/nuGGOcOafF
— Benjamin Loughnane (@Loknayn) January 10, 2021
Video also emerged of police officers themselves sitting down in a cafe drinking coffee, with the person filming them questioning why they were not following the rules:
The lockdown police know it’s all bullishit. The rules, the masks, the tickets. But they’re exempt, so they’re fine with it. It’s probably fun for some of them, the ones who became police for the thrill of wielding power. pic.twitter.com/2z4YpAAZxz

In a separate incident, a couple with a baby and a pushchair were grilled by COVID police in Birmingham city centre merely for walking on the street. The report noted that the Police Community Support Officers then began quizzing people who had arrived at a pharmacy to pick up prescription drugs.
Meanwhile, in Scotland, a family was arrested after police entered their home acting on a tip off from a neighbor that there were “too many people inside.”
This is what your taxes and capitulating to the government get you.

One local police force even angrily tweeted about “2 reports of snowballs being thrown” in violation of coronavirus lockdown rules.
Another police force threatened people with fines for planning to go sledging in a remote area of North Yorkshire.
Last week, we reported on the announcement by police of the adoption of a new ‘hardline’ lockdown policy to stop and question people if they are out in the street, and to issue on the spot fines if they cannot provide a reasonable excuse for being out of their houses.
Police also said they would specifically target ‘anti-lockdown, anti-vaccine protesters’, saying that “we now have a hardcore element who are against the rules.”
Police are also demanding new powers to force entry into the homes of suspected lockdown violators.
As we reported earlier, the government has reportedly discussed upping COVID restrictions even further by only allowing people to leave their homes once per week, and banning talking to friends in the street or supermarket.
Supermarkets themselves are reportedly set to be patrolled by police and inspected amid claims that they are not enforcing social distancing rules effectively enough. Some may face fines for ‘bending the rules’, according to reports.
The government has been criticised for implementing a third lockdown, wherein everyone is restricted to gathering in parks and going to the supermarket only.
Critics say it forces people into the same spaces, rather than allowing people to spread out naturally.
It is clear that the public is growing sick and tired of lockdown restrictions, and that police are implementing a more heavy handed approach in order to enforce government Covid decrees.
Reports emerged at the weekend that restrictions were due to stay in place until at least March 23, yet the government has not given any official timeline for how long the lockdown will last, or any indications of when restrictions will be tightened or relieved.
Meanwhile, in Wuhan…
One year to the day since China announced first death caused by 'mystery virus' in Wuhan, the city boasts it is 'the safest in the world' as the rest of the planet is ravaged by Covid-19 https://t.co/DLKq4PxYU6

Leftist Newspaper Encourages Readers to Save Their Pee to “Humiliate Putin”
“Peecycling” to save the environment.

Published
1 day agoon
23 June, 2022
Left-wing newspaper the Guardian is encouraging its readers to save their urine in order to “humiliate Putin” and help the fight against climate change.
Yes, really.
The paper published an article calling on people to preserve their pee to help make up for the impact of sanctions on Russia which have caused fertilizer shortages.
“Russia and Ukraine, together, are responsible for exporting 28% of the world’s fertilizers made from nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium, per NBC. The three fertilizer creating substances are rich in urine,” writes Tom Pappert.
“As a result of the Western sanctions against Russia, and to a lesser degree the conflict in Ukraine itself, Russia is no longer exporting its urea to the West, which used the urine to create fertilizers for crops.”
The answer, according to the Guardian, is for people to start engaging in “peecycling” and donating their urine to farmers.
“If I can use my pee to humiliate Putin, then that weird dream I had last week will sort of come true,” it states. “What’s more, those same nutrients, when flushed into wastewater systems, become contaminants responsible for creating environmentally damaging algal blooms.”
Thanks to the war in Ukraine, there is a shortage of agricultural chemicals. As each adult produces enough pee annually to fertilise 145kg of wheat, perhaps bodily waste is the answerhttps://t.co/ckvuEmuqlJ#water #drought #flood #globalwarming #ESG #environment #dayzero #heat
— Water Innovation Advisors (@waterinno) June 21, 2022
“So by saving my pee I could help the environment, thwart Russian aggression and produce urine-rich bread,” adds the article.
As Pappert points out, encouraging citizens to use the product of their toilet visits to fertilize crops didn’t turn out so well in North Korea.
“While using bodily excrement or excretions to fertilize crops may seem alien in the West, isolationist North Korea has reportedly urged its citizens to defecate and urinate on crops for the purpose of fertilization multiple times with the goal of averting food shortages.”
“In 2017, it was claimed that North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un may have inadvertently started a parasitic worm epidemic in the country by forcing farmers to use human feces on their crops.”
The war in Ukraine has exacerbated a cost of living crisis in the UK characterized by soaring inflation and sky high energy, petrol and diesel prices.
Despite pushing many Brits into poverty, this hasn’t stopped millions of financially comfortable virtue signalers from vehemently expressing their ‘support for Ukraine’ and sustained western involvement in the conflict.
Britain is now swamped with Ukraine flags which adorn villages and town squares and are also flown proudly by wealthy homeowners in their large back gardens.
There are noticeably fewer Ukraine flags in poorer areas where the continuation of the war is forcing many people to choose between missing meals or paying their electricity bill.

UK police are no longer dispatching officers to respond to burglaries.
They failed to solve a single burglary in nearly half of the country’s neighborhoods over the past three years.
But they have plenty of time for interrogating and arresting people who make ‘offensive’ social media posts.

Report: Russian Tennis Player Circumvents Wimbledon Ban By Becoming Georgian
Says ban on Russian sportsmen and women “is super unfair because none of them have done anything.”

In a move that highlights the stupidity of Wimbledon’s ban on Russian and Belarusian tennis players, one competitor has changed her nationality from Russian to Georgian and is now being allowed to compete again.
The Times of London reports that Natela Dzalamidze, a 29-year-old doubles player ranked No 44 in the world, managed to switch her nationality to Georgian before the deadline for registering to compete at the grand slam tournament in London.
Natela Dzalamidze, a 29-year-old doubles player ranked No 44 in the world, will compete in the women’s doubles with Serbia’s Aleksandra Krunic after the sport’s authorities approved the switch in time for last week’s entry deadline
— The Times (@thetimes) June 19, 2022
The report further notes that the All England Club, the venue for Wimbledon, “insisted today that it had no involvement in Dzalamidze’s change of nationality,” and is powerless to stop her from competing.
The repot adds that “The verification process is conducted through the WTA and the ITFTennis.”
The report further notes that Dzalamidze was born in Moscow on February 27, 1993, and it isn’t clear what connection she has to Georgia.
Dzalamidze has said that she had already decided to change her nationality before Wimbledon announced the ban in April.
“I am definitely against the situation which is going on in Ukraine,” Dzalamidze told The Times, adding “I am for peace all around the world and I believe that in the 21st century people are able to find a diplomatic way to solve the problems.”
She added “I feel so disappointed for all other Russian sportspeople who are not competing, adding “Other than tennis and chess, most sports have banned Russians, which I think is super unfair because none of them have done anything.”
“This is not the mistake of professional athletes. As a sportsperson I have always had a close relationship with Ukrainians. People want to hear something from us but we do not have an influence on this situation,” the athlete continued.
As we previously highlighted, former world number one tennis player Daniil Medvedev will not be able to compete at Wimbledon. Medvedev was first threatened with exclusion by the British government from the tournament unless he denounced Vladimir Putin, despite already having said he is against the war.
Ukrainian tennis star Elina Svitolina also demanded that Russian and Belarusian players be subjected to ideological purity tests before they are allowed to compete in international tournaments.
The issue became a moot one as far as Wimbledon goes when the All England Club decided to impose a blanket ban on Russians and Belarusians.
The decision supersedes an earlier directive by tennis authorities the ITF, WTA and ATP which said that Russian and Belarusian players could continue to appear at tour events, but only as neutrals and without displaying national colors.
Fellow Russian top 30 men’s players Andrey Rublev, Karen Khachanov and Aslan Karatsev will also miss out, as will former women’s world number one Victoria Azarenka and current number four Aryna Sabalenka.
Elite players including Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic, who has faced his own cancelation problems, have branded the decision as “unfair” and “crazy”.
Medvedev himself warned that Wimbledon’s decision to ban all Russian and Belarusian players from this year’s tournament sets the precedent that sporting authorities can eliminate competitors for their political views.
