Federal Reserve Encourages Americans to Replace Thanksgiving Turkeys With Soybean Products
To combat soaring meat price inflation.
The Federal Reserve is encouraging Americans to combat soaring meat price inflation by swapping turkeys for soybean products this Thanksgiving.
Yes, really.
“Between 1990 and the time of this writing, the average global price of poultry has been 6 times higher than the price of soybeans,” reports the St. Louis Fed.
“As of the third quarter of 2021, a hearty Thanksgiving dinner serving of turkey costs $1.42. A tofurkey (soybean) dinner serving with the same amount of calories costs $0.66 and provides almost twice as much protein. Keep in mind that this plant-based meal would be almost 3 times larger by weight than the poultry-based meal and may either keep you at the dinner table longer or provide you with more leftovers.”

The mainstream media is also encouraging Americans to “curtail their purchases of animal protein.”
“Meatless Mondays could soon be followed by Tofu Tuesdays, at least among more frugal shoppers,” reported CBS News.
“It’s getting harder by the day not to think our globalist overlords are intentionally causing meat prices to rise so we’ll all be forced to eat bugs, weeds and drink sewage,” remarked Chris Menahan.
In Communist China, up until well into the 80’s, things like beef were a rare treat to be enjoyed only on special occasions.
If the technocrats get their way, America would be heading in the same direction.

China Urges Citizens to Stockpile Food in Preparation For Potential Winter Supply Chain Breakdown
While Biden administration dismisses the issue.
While the Biden administration has attempted to dismiss inflation and food supply issues, China is now urging its citizens to prepare for the winter by stockpiling food.
“A statement from China’s government urging local authorities to ensure there was adequate food supply during the winter and encouraging people to stock up on some essentials prompted concerned talk online, with people linking it with the widening coronavirus outbreak, a forecast cold snap, or even rising tensions with Taiwan,” reports Bloomberg.
“The Ministry of Commerce urged local authorities to stabilize prices and ensure supplies of daily necessities including vegetables this winter and next spring, according to a statement Monday evening. Chinese households were also encouraged to stock up on a certain amount of daily necessities in preparation for the winter months or emergencies.”
China’s urging for families to hoard food was prompted by massive problems with the global supply chain as a result of COVID in addition to extreme volatility in energy markets.
While the Biden administration has tried to downplay the prospect of food shortages, Butterball, one of the leading turkey producers in the U.S., warned that there could be a shortage of small turkeys this Thanksgiving.
Food shortages are also being seen at numerous schools across the U.S., while grocery shelves have been emptied of other essential items like toilet paper and diapers.
However, while Beijing is acting responsibly in telling its citizens to get prepared, the Biden administration is making light of the situation.
When the question of supply chain problems was raised during a recent White House press briefing, Jen Psaki mocked the issue.

“Biden’s recent executive order, which was supposedly about “supply chain resilience,” actually says it’s about tapping into (aka draining) our National Defense Stockpile in order to push prices down in the short-term,” writes Chris Menahan.
“I don’t know whether we’re going to face serious food shortages or not but I do know the Biden regime wouldn’t tell us one word if they thought it would hurt them in any way politically.”
So-called “doomsday preppers” have also been smeared as domestic extremists by establishment media outlets like the New York Times.

Video: Creepy Whispering Biden Lies About U.S. Having Fastest Growing Economy
At least he managed to stay awake
Joe Biden outright lied in front of the world again Tuesday as he adopted the creepy whispering persona while claiming that the U.S. has the fastest growing economy on the planet, when it doesn’t.
During another “press conference” which again consisted of Biden taking pre approved questions from a smattering of pre approved reporters, he claimed “If you take a look at what economy is growing, the United States it’s growing.”
“It has problems, mainly because of COVID is supply chain, but is growing,” Whispery Biden continued, further claiming “We’ve created over 6 million jobs. We’re leading the world in terms of the fastest growing economy, major economies.”
