The Washington Post, Which Endorsed Biden, Says Biden Did Nothing Wrong

Case closed.

The Washington Post, which endorsed Joe Biden for president, has investigated his alleged foreign lobbying scandal and concluded that Biden did nothing wrong.

Well, that’s that then.

Yesterday, the New York Post revealed details of emails recovered from Hunter Biden’s laptop that showed Biden had introduced his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden, to a top executive in a Ukrainian energy firm a year before Biden pressured the government of Ukraine to fire a prosecutor who was investigating the company.

The story went viral despite the best efforts of both Twitter and Facebook to censor it by blocking links to the article and locking the accounts of anyone who shared it.

“However, according to The Washington Post, then-Vice President Biden played no role in pressuring Ukraine officials into firing the prosecutor, who also was not investigating the energy firm,” states a Twitter summary of the Post’s investigation. “It also doesn’t detail whether the elder Biden actually met with Hunter’s Ukrainian business associate.”

Late last month, the Washington Post editorial board announced the least shocking news ever, that the newspaper was officially endorsing Joe Biden for president, asserting that he “would restore decency, honor and competence to America’s government.”

So in other words, a Democratic Party establishment mouthpiece that has a long history of supporting Democratic presidential candidates and recently threw its weight behind Joe Biden’s presidential campaign, has concluded that Joe Biden did nothing wrong.

Wow, time to wrap it up. Scandal over.

Meanwhile, Goldilocks has concluded the official investigation into herself over claims of ‘eating the porridge’.

The investigation found that she didn’t eat the porridge.

BBC News Presenters Snigger & Insult Union Jack Flag During Interview

Another reason to defund the BBC.

Published

BBC News presenters sniggered and insulted an MP because he had a Union Jack flag and a picture of the Queen behind him during an interview.

MP Robert Jenrick appeared on BBC Breakfast to discuss the vaccine rollout but at the end of the interview, presenters Charlie Stayt and Naga Munchetty turned their attention to the iconic British flag.

“I think your flag is not up to standard size government interview…measurements, I think it’s just a little bit small. But that’s your department really!” said Stayt.

Munchetty, who recently wrote an article for the BBC titled ‘It’s time to talk about race’, began laughing before commenting, “The picture of the queen though.”

“Always a flag. They had the picture of the queen there in Westminster office – I’m assuming,” she added.

The presenters appear to be uncomfortable with the fact that MPs are increasingly prone to appearing in front of British flags to appeal to patriotism.

While some may see this as a shallow PR stunt, it’s hardly a bad thing given that the left has tarnished Britain’s reputation to such an extent in recent years that the flag was once treated as a symbol of shame.

The fact that it is re-emerging in a post-Brexit world as a symbol of pride is obviously disturbing to left-wing BBC News presenters, which is why they feel the need to make fun of it.

No wonder there is currently a massive push to defund the BBC, which is bankrolled via a mandatory de facto tax on British citizens, and scenes like this are only likely to further that cause.

Hill Reporter Suggests Dems Could Use Hologram to Handle Biden’s Public Speeches

Claims officials within administration are mulling it over.

The Hill reporter Sharyl Attkisson has suggested that the White House could use hologram technology to help Joe Biden deliver public speeches.

According to Atkinson, officials within the administration are “mulling over farfetched speculation that, upon further examination, starts to look almost like it is not completely outside the realm of the possible.”

The journalist highlighted how AI and deepfake technology is becoming so indistinguishable from reality, that it can “make people who didn’t say or do something look very much like they said or did the thing.”

“Some years ago, a government source with access to intelligence at the highest levels explained to me — without divulging any classified information — that any technological thing we can imagine is actually being researched or accomplished in the secret channels of our government. And, he told me, things that are beyond our ability to imagine also are being done,” wrote Atkinson.

“Joe Biden isn’t a hologram. But if he wanted to be, and if powerful people with access to the latest technology wanted to make him one, it seems as though there might be little they couldn’t accomplish,” she concludes.

Biden has yet to take part in a press conference or address the nation, although he is set to do that tomorrow to mark the one year anniversary of the coronavirus shutdown.

The 78-year-old’s habit of stumbling through sentences and forgetting words and names has left staffers keen to keep Biden away from reporters.

As we highlighted yesterday, Biden’s handlers almost had panic attacks when journalists began asking him questions during a visit to a hardware store in DC.

Meanwhile, Kamala Harris has been handling important phone calls with foreign leaders, a task normally undertaken by the president.

A Rasmussen poll found that half of Americans now have questions regarding Joe Biden’s physical and mental fitness, while more than half are concerned about the fact that he has not held a press conference for almost 50 days now.

Mainstream Web Traffic Slumped After Trump Left White House

Press writing three times fewer stories about Biden than Trump.

Mainstream media web traffic slumped by 20 per cent after President Trump left office, with the press writing three times fewer stories about Biden than they did about Trump in the same month after he took office in 2017.

According to analytics firm SimilarWeb, there was at least a one fifth decline in traffic in February compared to the previous month.

Politics consumption also dropped by 28 per cent as people lost interest in the presidency after Biden’s inauguration.

“There were three times as many stories written about about Trump in February of 2017 than about Biden last month, according to data from NewsWhip,” reports Axios.

“Biden was discussed on cable news for an estimated 1,836 minutes last month, according to the Stanford Cable TV News Analyzer. In February of Trump’s first year, he commanded an estimated 4,669 minutes on cable news.”

The media is seemingly uninterested in the fact that Biden hasn’t given a single major press conference or any form of public address since taking office.

Nor are they that bothered about the fact that Kamala Harris appears to be pulling the strings behind the scenes while Biden is trotted out for the odd limited appearance during which he stumbles through his sentences.

“What some mainstream media take away from this is that people are now used to the “drama” from politics that was present during the Trump presidency,” writes Didi Rankovic

” However, much of that drama, producing polarization and divisions, may have actually come from the media themselves, rather than politics per se; after all, the current sharp dip in traffic shows they had incentive to keep whipping up that drama for financial reasons, beyond any preferred politics and ideologies.”
