Putin: ‘In Some Countries the Word “Mother” is Being Replaced’

“I hope we never have that in Russia.”

Published

on

President Vladimir Putin remarked at a recent Kremlin meeting that some countries are replacing the word “mother” out of concerns for political correctness, something he hoped would never happen in Russia.

Putin was referring to a law passed in France earlier this year which mandates that schools refrain from using ‘father’ and ‘mother’ and instead use ‘parent 1’ and ‘parent 2’.

According to government MP Valérie Petit, the change was necessary because using ‘father’ and ‘mother’ is “old fashioned” and doesn’t meet the needs of “social equality.”

Don’t expect to see Russia following suit.

During a meeting of the Council for Interethnic Relations, a Kremlin advisory group, Putin told delegates, “You said the word mother ‘can’t be replaced.’ It turns out, perhaps, it can, in some countries, they now have ‘parent number one’ and ‘parent number two.’ I hope we never have that (in Russia).”

Officials attending the conference laughed, but for many in the west, who are told to accept such absurdities in silence lest they be punished for a myriad of potential thought crimes, it’s not that funny.

“That good-natured response masked the looming uneasiness that yet another crazy train has departed the Western station and is on a collision course with Russia, as well as the rest of the world,” writes Robert Bridge.

“Will Russia be able to holdout forever against the globalists’ ultra-liberal agenda now threatening the planet?” he asks.

As we previously highlighted, a discussion on one of Russia’s most popular TV shows about a boy in Scotland who was suspended for saying there are only two genders underscored how people in eastern Europe are completely bewildered by the west’s obsession with identity politics.

Back in June, Vladimir Putin commented on a similar topic, asserting that liberalism was in its death throws thanks to forced multiculturalism.

“The ruling elites have broken away from the people,” Putin told the Financial Times, adding that the “so-called liberal idea has outlived its purpose.”

Propaganda: Dr Fauci Children’s Book On The Way

Creepy CNN clown Stelter fawns over publication, takes credit for propelling Fauci to fame

CNN weirdo Brian Stelter announced with Glee Sunday that Dr Anthony Fauci is the subject of a new children’s book titled  “Dr. Fauci: How A Boy From Brooklyn Became America’s Doctor,” prompting many to immediately label it a propaganda campaign.

Stelter claimed that the book, written by Kate Messner and published by Simon & Schuster, “tells you something about media,” appearing to take credit for the thing.

In a follow up written article, Stelter described Fauci as being “immortalized” in the book, with Messner noting “I’m really hopeful that curious kids who read this book — those we’re counting on to solve tomorrow’s scientific challenges — will see themselves in the pages of Dr. Fauci’s story and set their goals just as high.”

Fauci, who has repeatedly flip flopped and lied about the use of masks and admitted that there is no science behind lockdowns, has been ever present on CNN and every other pro-lockdown news bilge station for the past year.

The book was reportedly written with Fauci’s input and consultation.

The book publisher’s website states “Before he was Dr. Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, Anthony Fauci was a curious boy in Brooklyn, delivering prescriptions from his father’s pharmacy on his blue Schwinn bicycle.”

It continues, “His father and immigrant grandfather taught Anthony to ask questions, consider all the data, and never give up—and Anthony’s ability to stay curious and to communicate with people would serve him his entire life.”

Mayor de Blasio Tells NYPD to Pay People Home Visits For “Hurtful” Comments

Moral panic over shooting that wasn’t even race-related accelerates.

New York Mayor Bill de Blasio says NYPD officers should pay people home visits if they engage in “hurtful” behavior to others even if the action isn’t criminal.

What could possibly go wrong?

“Even if something is not a criminal case, a perpetrator being confronted by the city, whether it’s NYPD or another agency, and being told that what they’ve done was very hurtful to another person — and could, if ever repeated, lead to criminal charges — that’s another important piece of the puzzle,” de Blasio told reporters.

The Mayor failed to define precisely what he meant by “hurtful,” but since he framed it in the context of non-criminal behavior, he can only be referring to mean words.

De Blasio urged officers to “confront” people to tell them their behavior is “not appropriate,” urging alleged victims to make more reports to authorities.

He then even suggested that cops, instead of responding to actual crimes, should visit New Yorker’s homes to police their speech.

“I assure you, if an NYPD officer calls you or shows up at your door to ask you about something you did, it makes people think twice,” he said. “We need that.”

De Blasio made the comments in light of yet another contrived moral panic, this time over an alleged rise in “hate crime” towards Asians.

The narrative was bolstered after a gunman slaughtered eight people — including six Asian women — at massage parlors across Atlanta, Georgia.

The media has either glossed over or outright ignored the fact that two white victims also lost their lives and that the attack was motivated by the killer’s sex obsession and had nothing whatsoever to do with race.

Polling Firm Characterizes Asking a Woman Out As a Form of “Sexual Harassment”

Puts it on a par with sexual assault.

As a debate over “misogyny” rages in the UK, polling firm YouGov recently released a survey that characterized asking a woman out for a drink as a form of “sexual harassment.”

Yes, really.

After the tragic abduction and murder of 33-year-old Sarah Everard in London, protesters demanded all manner of new measures, including a 6pm curfew for men.

Others are now pushing for “misogyny” to be made a hate crime, as if murderers would have second thoughts about abducting and killing a woman because of a law that primarily targets speech.

Absolutely none of these professional activists demanded that the law be changed so women who carry pepper spray aren’t hit with the same legal penalty as they would be for carrying a gun, which is currently the law in the UK.

The moral panic is now so hysterical that lines are being blurred to the extent that normal male behavior towards women is being treated on a par with actual predatory criminal activity.

A YouGov survey asked respondents, “Which potential forms of sexual harassment do European women most commonly experience?”

One of these forms of “sexual harassment” is “Asked you out for a drink.” This is placed on a par with men flashing their genitals and physically assaulting women.

One wonders how men and women are ever going to meet each other if asking a woman out on a date is deemed to be a form of misogynistic harassment.

However, such views aren’t just shared by women.

Men have had all their confidence and natural masculine inclinations so browbeaten out of them by modernity that a survey by the Economist in 2017 found that a full 25% of millennial men in the United States think “asking to go for a drink” is a form of sexual harassment.

The numbers now are probably even higher.
