Epstein ‘Bedsheet’ Hanging Explanation Contradicted by Former Inmate

Source said bedsheets were not much stronger than paper.

The official explanation that Jeffrey Epstein hanged himself using bedsheets is contradicted by the claims of a former inmate at the same facility who said that the bedsheets weren’t much stronger than paper and that this would have been an “impossibility.”

“Jeffrey Epstein was found hanging in his lower Manhattan jail cell with a bedsheet wrapped around his neck and secured to the top of a bunk bed,” the New York Post reported.

“The convicted pedophile, who was 6 feet tall, apparently killed himself by kneeling toward the floor and strangling himself with the makeshift noose, law enforcement sources said Monday.”

However, this version of events is contradicted by the assertions of a former inmate at the same jail whose claims were also published by the New York Post.

“You have sheets, but they’re paper level, not strong enough. He was 200 pounds — it would never happen,” said the former inmate.

The source also said that suicide was an “impossibility” and couldn’t have been accomplished via a bed.

“Could he have done it from the bed? No sir. There’s a steel frame, but you can’t move it. There’s no light fixture. There’s no bars,” he said.

As we reported yesterday, Epstein’s cell mate was transferred out the day before the billionaire sex trafficker’s alleged “suicide,” meaning there was no witness to observe it.

Gallp Poll: 83% Say Mental Health To Blame For Mass Shootings

Published

Steve Watson

Not buying the Democrat narrative

A new Gallup poll has found that 83% of voters in the US believe the blame for most mass shootings can be pinned on a “failure in our mental health system”.

That reasoning was the most popular choice among a list of potential factors voters feel are to blame “a great deal” or “a fair amount”.

The second highest factor was “the spread of extremist viewpoints on the internet,” with 79 percent agreeing it spurs mass shooters.

‘Easy access to guns’ was ranked third with 69 percent, just 4 percentage points above ‘drug use’.

A further 58 percent said that ‘inflammatory language from prominent politicians or political commentators’ was a factor.

When the factors were analyzed as being to blame ‘a great deal’ only, ‘failure of the mental health system to identify individuals who are a danger to others’ ranked top with 55%.

The findings come at a time when Democrats are blaming the President directly for shootings and pledging to enact strict gun control measures, including enforced government buybacks.

While these initiatives are “common sense” to advocates, if one takes the time to examine the data and evidence, it becomes abundantly clear that gun control in this form will do little to reduce gun violence.

No Democratic candidate has focused on the mental health aspect, which most Americans clearly think is the overriding issue.

Portland: “Cops Say It’s Legal” For Homeless to Defecate in Public

Shocked onlookers watch man pooping on sidewalk.

Published

on

A post featured on the r/Portland Reddit thread claimed that police said it was legal for the homeless to defecate in public after shocked onlookers saw a man with his butt in the air “depositing a 6-8″ turd onto the sidewalk.”

Yes, really.

Titled ‘Is it really legal to take a dump on the sidewalk?’ – the Reddit user explains in the post how he was on his way to lunch when he noticed a group of people pointing and staring in the same direction.

“There was a homeless person bent at the waist, pants down, ass in the air, depositing a 6-8″ turd onto the sidewalk,” he writes.

“One onlooker went across the street to tell 2 police officers, and she came back and said “The cops say it’s legal.” After my lunch, the turd was still there with shoe prints in it, tracking it down the sidewalk.”

null

The Reddit user expressed amazement that defecating in public was legal, asking, “Is there really no one the cops could have notified to clean it up?”

“9 inch and under = good to go,” joked one respondent.

Like San Francisco, Los Angeles and several other progressive utopias, Portland has increasing problems with homeless people acting aggressive and turning entire neighborhoods into waste dumps.

As we highlighted yesterday, a leftist council member recently tried to stop feces being cleaned off the streets of Seattle with a power washer, arguing that it was racist because it reminded him of hoses being used to disperse civil rights protesters.

As we document in the video below, Portland’s problems aren’t just restricted to public pooping. The whole city is basically a shithole for all manner of different ‘progressive’ reasons.

Epstein’s Cellmate Told There Will be a “Price to Pay” if He Talks

Begs to be transferred to another jail.

Published

on

Jeffrey Epstein’s former cellmate claims he was told there would be a “price to pay” if he talked about the sex trafficker’s alleged suicide and is begging to be transferred to another jail.

Ex-cop Nicholas Tartaglione shared a cell with Epstein during his first suicide attempt but the two were separated before Epstein hanged himself on August 10.

Now Tartaglione is requesting a transfer because he says prison guards have been threatening him and telling him to “stop talking.”

“The clear message Mr. Tartaglione has received is that if he conveys information about the facility or about [Epstein’s] recent suicide, there will be a price to pay,” reads a letter from Tartaglione’s lawyer Bruce Barket. “Whether or not the investigators into the suicide chose to interview Mr. Tartaglione about the attempted suicide to which he was witness or about how the facility is run and the conditions under which the inmates are forced to live, the correction officers know he has information potentially very damaging to the very people now charged with guarding him or their coworkers.”

Epstein’s suicide has now largely disappeared from the headlines, with many of the high profile clients he provided “services” for breathing a huge sigh of relief.

As we reported last week, Epstein’s injuries that led to his death are more common in victims of homicide by strangulation than by hanging.
