Congressman: A Lot of People “Breathing a Huge Sigh of Relief” Now Epstein is Dead

Suspicious “suicide” gets them off the hook.

According to one unnamed Congressman, a lot of people are “breathing a huge sigh of relief” now that billionaire sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein is dead.

A source told the Mirror that Epstein had maintained relationships with the rich and powerful because it offered him “protection” against prosecution.

“He also kept a diary in meticulous detail in case he ever needed it,” he added.

The same insider also claimed that an unnamed Congressman said many powerful people are relieved that Epstein is dead, presumably because it gets them off the hook.

“One former congressman said there are a lot of people ‘breathing a huge sigh of relief’ now Jeff is dead. They should hold their breath for a long time to come. It ain’t over,” said the source.

As we reported earlier, Epstein’s cellmate was transferred out the day before the billionaire sex trafficker’s alleged “suicide,” meaning there was no witness to observe it.

Correctional officers at the jail also didn’t check on Epstein for hours before his death despite the fact that they should have done so every 30 minutes.

Dr. Marc Siegel “More Suspicious Than Ever” Epstein Was Murdered

“This situation smells.”

Published

on

Dr. Marc Siegel says that in the aftermath of Jeffrey Epstein’s autopsy results being revealed, he is “more suspicious than ever” that the sex trafficker was murdered.

“The hyoid bone in the neck being fractured and other fractures in the neck, make it more likely, and again, this is a percentage call, more likely that it was a homicide than a suicide,” Siegel told Fox News.

Siegel went on to say, “I am now more suspicious than ever that this could be a homicide.”

The doctor made the point that if someone had been attacked, there would be signs of such an attack on the body and that this information remains unknown.

“If someone holds you down and strangles you, you see evidence on the body – bruises….that question will be answered.”

Siegel also expressed his amazement that Epstein would be taken off suicide watch given the fact that he supposedly attempted suicide just weeks before and was placed in an unobserved room where there were bed sheets that could be used for a hanging.

“This situation smells,” he concluded.

As the Washington Post reported earlier, Epstein’s injuries “are more common in victims of homicide by strangulation” according to experts.

Eric Garner, the New Yorker who died from strangulation after a cop used a chokehold against him, also had a broken hyoid bone just like Jeffrey Epstein.

Jeffrey Epstein’s Injuries More Common in Victims of Strangulation Than Hanging

Officials refuse to comment on autopsy results.

Published

on

Jeffrey Epstein’s injuries that led to his death are more common in victims of homicide by strangulation than by hanging, autopsy results have revealed.

The autopsy found that Epstein sustained numerous breaks in his neck bones.

“Among the bones broken in Epstein’s neck was the hyoid bone, which in men is near the Adam’s apple,” reports the Washington Post. “Such breaks can occur in those who hang themselves, particularly if they are older, according to forensics experts and studies on the subject. But they are more common in victims of homicide by strangulation, the experts said.”

Officials have refused to comment on the new information from Epstein’s autopsy.

As we previously reported, shrieking and shouting was heard from Jeffrey Epstein’’s cell on the morning he died, while one of Epstein’s guards at the Metropolitan Correctional Center was not a regular corrections officer.

Epstein is said to have hanged himself using bedsheets, although a former inmate at the same facility this would have been impossible because they’re not much stronger than paper.

Video: Residents Harass, Throw Objects at Philly Police Leaving Scene of Shootout

One woman pushes a cop and calls him a “bitch ass ni**a.”

After a wild standoff and shootout that left six cops wounded in Philadelphia, residents pelted objects and shouted obscenities at some of the officers involved.

Video footage shows officers leaving the scene of the shootout, only to be physically confronted, laughed at and verbally abused by onlookers.

Bear in mind that the suspect, 36-year-old Maurice Hill, had a lengthy history of gun convictions, was being served a warrant related to a drug offense and could easily have killed some of the cops involved.

The officers were heckled and laughed at as they walked through the crowd, with one woman pushing a cop and calling him a “bitch ass ni**a.”

Some residents even tried to physically confront and scuffle with the officers.

According to Philadelphia’s KYW-TV reporter Alexandria Hoff, the harassment also took place during exchange of gunfire with the suspect.

“I mentioned this at 10 and since I was harassed during that live shot, I’ll mention it here, too,” Hoff said on Twitter. “A major moment of disappointment this evening was watching a crowd of people taunt police officers, laughing and yelling at them in the midst of the gunfire.”

After more than five hours of gunfire, a SWAT team managed to get two officers and three hostages out of the building which Hill was holed up safely.
