“F*ck Them”: Fox 10 Host Responds to Bosses Who Asked Her to Hide Her “Right-Wing” Views

Emmy Award-winning anchor faces heat for having a Parler account.

Published

A Fox 10 host in Phoenix whose bosses asked her to hide her account on “right-wing” social media platform Parler because a left-wing outlet might notice it had a terse response; “F*ck them”.

Fox 10’s Emmy Award-winning anchor Kari Lake dropped the f-bomb on camera as she was preparing to do a Facebook Live broadcast and the clip was subsequently leaked online.

The video shows her co-host John Hook suggesting that station managers wanted her to hide her Parler account because of potential bad press from left-wing outlet the Phoenix New Times.

“I think they just think it’s been branded as a far-right kind of place,” Hook said, to which Lake responded, “Jesus”.

“So they don’t want you tied in with anything like that, where you’re going to get blowback from the New Times or whoever it is,” said Hook.

“Fuck them. They’re 20-year-old dopes,” Lake responded. “That’s a rag for selling marijuana ads”.

“I know,” Hook said. “But then you’re in a position where they’ve gotta explain it or you’ve gotta explain it”.

“I’m reaching people,” Lake said.

The issue was raised after FTV Live published an article revealing that Lake maintained an account on Parler (as if this was some terribly evil deed).

After her outburst, Lake was not on air in her usual 5pm time slot. Her Parler account is still active.

Psychologist: Big Tech Will Use “Subliminal Methods” to Shift 15 Million Votes on Election Day

Warns it will cost Trump the election.

Published

on

Psychologist Robert Epstein says that Big Tech is planning to use “subliminal methods” in the upcoming election that could shift up to 15 million votes and cost Trump the presidency.

After the 2016 presidential election, Epstein surmised that search engine bias shifted 2-3 million votes in Hillary Clinton’s favor, and he warns that the number in 2020 could be five times that amount.

The author says that Google and other social media giants “can shift opinions and votes in numerous ways that people can’t detect” via “a wide variety of subliminal methods of persuasion that can, in minutes, shift the voting preferences of 20 percent or more of undecided voters without anyone having the slightest idea they’ve been manipulated.”

A leak of Google emails to the Wall Street Journal back in 2018 already exposed how Google engineers had sought to investigate how they could manipulate a user’s “ephemeral experiences” to change their mind on the Trump travel ban.

“Ephemeral experiences are those fleeting ones we have every day when we view online content that’s generated on-the-fly and isn’t stored anywhere: newsfeeds, search suggestions, search results, and so on,” writes Epstein. “No authority can go back in time to see what search suggestions or search results you were shown, but dozens of randomized, controlled, double-blind experiments I’ve conducted show that such content can dramatically shift opinions and voting preferences. See the problem?”

Google, Twitter and Facebook have complete control over what is seen and what is allowed to go viral, Epstein emphasizes, making it completely pointless to produce political ads if you cannot prevent algorithmic manipulation.

“If our own tech companies all favor the same presidential candidate this year—and that seems likely—I calculate that they can easily shift 15 million votes to that candidate without people knowing and without leaving a paper trail,” warns Epstein.

He also notes how the the “technological elite” Eisenhower warned about in his 1961 farewell address is now in control, underscored by the fact that “95 percent of donations from tech companies and their employees go to Democrats.”

Epstein says the only way to prevent all this is aggressive monitoring of algorithmic manipulation.

“When bias is detected that has the potential to shift votes, it needs to be reported immediately to the media, the Federal Election Commission, members of Congress, and other authorities,” he writes. “That will force the tech execs to back off; if they don’t, they’ll be risking humiliation, fines, and, quite possibly, criminal prosecution.”

Despite highlighting the issue for years, Republicans have done next to nothing to address social media censorship and algorithm manipulation. Numerous major boosters of President Trump during the 2016 election have also been completely banned on social media.

Pointing out that the margin of victory in many nationwide races is as little as 5 per cent, Epstein cautions, “Republicans, in general, are likely to lose.”

Epstein also emphasized that given his knowledge about what Big Tech are planning, he is “not suicidal.”

This is particularly noteworthy given that the psychologist previously suggested that his wife’s fatal car crash may not have been accidental.

Journalist Suspended by Twitter After Exposing Carlos Maza’s Wealth Hypocrisy

Maza engaged in exact same activity as Levine yet was not punished.

Published

on

A New York Post journalist was suspended by Twitter for posting an image of one of self-proclaimed “Communist” Carlos Maza’s family mansions, despite Maza himself doing exactly the same thing last month and facing no consequences.

In an article entitled YouTube socialist Carlos Maza slams the wealthy but lived in luxury, Jon Levine exposed how Maza rails against the rich yet enjoys all the privileges of being from an extremely wealthy family.

Maza’s family owns multiple “mega-mansions” and his mother’s partner is Scott Scherr, whose net worth runs into the hundreds of millions if not billions.

Despite this, Maza uses his channel as a platform to advocate for Communism and ‘eating the rich’.

“If Maza wants to start eating the rich, he may have to begin with his own family,” wrote Levine.

However, when the journalist posted an image of one of Maza’s family mansions to Twitter, he was swiftly suspended and asked to delete the tweet to regain access to his account.

“Despite initially calling their decision to lock my account “an error” — Twitter locked me out again a few hours later over the same Carlos Maza story, I have reluctantly deleted the tweet and I’m sharing with you some of the timeline here,” tweeted Levine.

His original tweets that showed the mansions are now gone and replaced with the message “This Tweet is no longer available because it violated the Twitter Rules.”

However, Maza himself posted an image of James Carville’s home just last month while complaining about Carville’s wealth. He faced zero action from Twitter for engaging in the exact same behavior as Levine.

As always with Silicon Valley, it’s one rule for leftists and another for conservatives.

Levine has been punished not because he violated a rule but because he embarrassed Carlos Maza.

Maza made headlines last year after he tried to force YouTube into banning Steven Crowder over insults directed towards Maza, who was subsequently left Vox and started his own YouTube channel.

Twitter Users Fear Saying “OK Boomer” Could be Banned Under New Rules

“Dehumanizing speech” based on age no longer allowed.

Published

on

Twitter users fear the insult “OK boomer” could be banned after the social media giant introduced new rules that banned “dehumanizing speech” against “protected groups,” which has now been extended to include age.

The new rules forbid “dehumanizing speech based on age, disability and disease, suggesting that insults about fat people could also result in suspensions and bans.

Users responded to Twitter’s announcement by expressing concerns “OK boomer” when used as an insult could be characterized as “hate speech.”

“OK boomer” is normally used against conservatives and opponents of socialism to frame their opinions as outdated.

“The sudden update to this hateful conduct policy also comes on the same day that Twitter has introduced its new misinformation policy which is likely to kill some memes on the platform,” notes Tom Parker.

As we highlighted last week, Rapper Zuby was suspended by Twitter for tweeting “Ok dude” at a transgender activist.

Last month, Twitter also announced users “may not deceptively share synthetic or manipulated media that are likely to cause harm,” suggesting memes could also be targeted.
